Meet Maverick! Maverick came to us in not so healthy condition but he is thriving now! He has been a very loving boy and does well with everyone he meets, 2 and 4 legged! Here is a bit about his breed as we are not super familiar with it, he has showed all the characteristics of the breed. He is more than likely a mix of sorts as well. Mavericks breed is said to be a Sarplaninac HOW DO YOU SAY SARPLANINAC? Sarplaninac is pronounced shar-pla-nee-natz. The Šarplaninac or Sharr dog is a breed of dog of livestock guardian type. It is named for the Šar Mountains or Šar Planina range in the Balkans, where it is principally found. Meet Sage! Sage is also a 3 1/2 month old puppy and a sister to Jade who is currently in a foster home where she has lots of room to run and kids to play with! She is quite shy and will take some time to warm up to her new person. She will need time to decompress and acclimate to her new home and routine. Sage will be adopted out on a Sterilization agreement as she is not old enough to be spayed, as well as receive her Rabies Vaccine, this agreement will need to be fulfilled on or before 8-31-2026 with proof sent back to us by that date. She is up to date on Deworming and has had 3 series of Parvo Vaccines. He is house trained, Playful and does well with everyone he meets. He was found dumped at the end of a driveway with evident marks of once wearing a collar hooked to a metal chain, his neck and legs show the wear and healed wounds from being tied... Freddy is an AMAZING dog who loves other dogs, he is good with kids , we always suggest kids over the age of 5 or kids who understand boundaries. Since we don't know where our dogs exactly come from it better safe than sorry! Freddy would do best in a home with kids, he walks well on leash, is kennel trained as well as house trained as long as he is taken out on a regular basis. He is not over active but still loves to play and will follow his person all over the place. Freddy will be fully vetted including: Neuter, Heartworm Test (Negative) Dewormed, All vaccines including Rabies and Lepto as well as Microchipped and placed on monthly preventatives.
