Story
Kai is the sweetest and gentlest dog. He’s about 6 years old and we’ve had him since he was just a pup. He’s grown to be a fantastic dog, but needs a home that can give him the amount of affection and attention he deserves. He is high-energy at times, but is incredibly calm at others. He’s great with children and has never had any behavior problems.

Story
Meet Tango, the charming 10 months old, 35 lbs bundle of joy! 🌟 This adorable male dog is a delightful mix of Rat Terrier and Labrador Retriever, sporting a stunning tricolor coat of brown, black, and white. Just look at that face! 😍 Neutered and ready for love, Tango is not just a pretty pup; he’s also a clever little buddy who enjoys puzzles and playing hide and seek with treats. Yes, that’s right, this boy has a knack for fun! 🎉 Tango is a social butterfly who gets along famously with both dogs and children. Not 100% sure on cats, but we think he should probably be fine. Tango is already leash and crate trained, making him the perfect companion for your adventures! 🐾 With a weight of around 30 pounds, he’s the ideal size to cuddle up with after a day of play. Born in March 2025, Tango is not only cute but also in great health! He is up to date on all shots, microchipped, dewormed, and current on flea/tick/heartworm prevention. Tango’s mom was a sweet black lab mix who unfortunately faced tragic circumstances. His dad remains a mystery, but he might have a hint of Jack Russell in him. Tango is looking for a fenced yard where he can run and play safely. 🏡 For an adoption fee of $150, you’ll cover spay/neuter, all those essential shots, a heartworm test, grooming if needed, and all the supplies he received while in care. Plus, it’s essential to keep this little guy on heartworm prevention for life. Tango deserves a loving home where he can thrive and be cherished forever. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you! Apply on our website www.fureverfurkids.com

Story
Murphy is an incredibly special dog who has been part of our family since he was a puppy. He is gentle, loyal, and deeply loving, and making the decision to rehome him has been incredibly difficult. In a perfect world, we would never have to say goodbye. Murphy does wonderfully with children and people of all ages. He has never bitten anyone and has never shown aggression. He is protective of his family in a calm, appropriate way and bonds strongly with the people he loves. He is fully house trained, has no accidents in the home, and is extremely trustworthy. He walks calmly beside you, even without a leash in appropriate settings, and does very well staying within yard boundaries without a fence. Murphy is affectionate, friendly, and loves attention, cuddles, and head scratches. He is a relaxed “big potato” who enjoys naps and couch time just as much as companionship. Due to busy schedules and childcare responsibilities, we can no longer give him the time he deserves.

Story
Meet the incredible Scout! This sweet soul was discovered at a common dumping ground, just trying to survive and find scraps of food in a world that didn’t treat him kindly. Luckily, one of our loving fosters swooped in to rescue him and provide him the safety he desperately needs. Scout is about 30 pounds of pure heart and is estimated to be around 6-7 years old 🥰. Poor Scout has faced some tough circumstances, as he tested positive for heartworms. The good news is that we've started him on Doxycycline and Heartgard! 🎉 Let’s keep our fingers crossed that by he’ll be heartworm negative very soon (usually takes a year in most cases). He is as sweet as pie, but Scout can be a little anxious/shy at first. He just needs a little time to trust and realize he's safe now! We’re committed to helping him feel secure and loved. Remember, this fella will require a fenced yard because hounds like him are notorious for following their noses into mischief! 🐕 Scout has a best buddy named Tango! If Tango gets adopted first and you're looking to have an automatic best buddy for Scout, he’ll have an adoption fee waived. How fantastic is that?! 🤩 The regular adoption fee is $100, which helps cover some of the costs like his neutering, vaccinations, microchip, flea prevention, and all the other goodies he enjoyed while with us. However, it’s crucial that he stays on heartworm prevention for life 🛡️. To adopt Scout, it’s essential to apply through our website www.fureverfurkids.com 🐾 And remember, we do home checks (either in person or virtually) to ensure every pet goes to the safest of homes! If you’re serious about adding this adorable hound to your family, that application needs to be completed before meeting him. Once a pet is adopted, they must come back to us if life circumstances change, so please be sure you're ready for a lifelong commitment! ❤️ Thank you for considering Scout and his friends who are all in urgent need of loving homes.
