Story

Murray is a super sweet, affectionate, fun, amazingly smart companion. He loves loves loves playing fetch, and has a blast with his toys. He is 3 years old, is trained on an e-collar and is a very fast learner. 2 free lessons from Off Leash K9 are available to whomever can give Murray a good home. (https://nrvandroanokedogtrainer.com/) Unfortunately, Murray has shown a bit of reactivity towards other animals, so cannot be in a house with other pets, and would do best with older children (7-8 years old). It is also probably best if he is with an experienced dog owner. We're incredibly sad to be rehoming Murray, but we're expecting our first child and can't take the risk. We hope he can find a home that will love him as much as we do.

Ellie is in need of rehoming due to a busy family schedule. She is spayed, and a very playful dog. She enjoys giving kisses and the occasional treat (or two!). Kenai is playful, boisterous, and loving. He has a beautiful and soft curly coat which is hypoallergenic. He loves to cuddle, play fetch, go for walks, and ride in the car. He's housebroken, and is content to sleep in his crate. He's healthy and up to date on his vaccinations. At 2 years old, he's a fully grown adult who is currently about 15 lbs. We adopted him very recently, but worry that this energetic little guy is not quite the right fit for our youngest family members. It's been a difficult decision, since we've grown so fond of him already. We can supply his crate, bed, toys, medical history, and everything else he'd need to get acclimated somewhere new. We're happy to answer any questions you may have about this dog, and hope you'll help us find him a wonderful forever home.

Meet Marcie, a sweet Boxer/Lab mix who has the softest coat you will ever feel. Marcie's a well-mannered, affectionate girl, looking for a warm lap, gentle pets, and daily walks. Marcie had a rough start in life--when she was a puppy, a car hit her, breaking both of her legs. The nice vets fixed her right up (you'd never know her legs had been damaged!), and she's been in a warm, loving family ever since. Due to some changes in circumstances, she's now seeking another family to join. Marcie is about 4 years old and weighs 65 pounds. She has the cutest blonde eye lashes and warm, liquid brown eyes. She's friendly, and loves to go on car rides and meet new people, and especially loves to go shopping at Lowe's. She just a big mush! What a joyful, gentle boy is our Zeus. Oh, and cute too-what can we say about his puppy-like legginess? Zeus is about a year old and he's had kind of a rough time up till now. He was living in neglect, and given to another home. That caregiver just had too many animals to care for and she surrendered him to us. He came to us a bit underweight, at about 28 pound, but has now filled out to a healthy to 47 pounds. He is about a year old. He's gentle, playful, and affectionate. Favorite activities include playing fetch, taking car rides, and napping with his canine and feline foster brother and sisters.
