This shy baby is booking a stay with us at Rescue Resort. Her arrival date is scheduled for 1/13/2026, so she'll be through isolation and ready for adoption starting the 27th of January! We don't know much about Barkeisha yet, just that she's incredibly shy. We're hoping the family atmosphere here will help her to come out of her shell :) We'll update this as we get to know her with more personality quirks and photos! Don't let his sad eye brows fool you, this guy is full of excitement and love. His stare can melt the coldest heart, and he's one of the most chill small-dogs we've had stay at our resort. He's the first on the couch for TV time, and will fall asleep right on top of you, if you asked for it or not. He's super friendly and does his best to along with everyone. He's usually super calm, but will occasionally get a spurt of the SUPER ZOOMIES!

Story
This handsome Belgian Shepherd is the perfect mix of fun energy and total couch-potato sweetness. He’s smart, affectionate, and absolutely loves being close to his person—whether that’s curling up on the bed, snuggling on the couch, or leaning in for his signature “hug… and melt into a puddle” trick (yes, it’s as cute as it sounds!). Big energy + big heart — He’s always ready for a walk, run, or play session (fetch is is favorite!) but once he’s had his fun, he becomes a warm, floppy, cuddle-puddle. Super smart — He knows a few tricks and is food motivated making him easier to train. Big lover — He adores attention and bonds deeply with “his” person. Champion snuggler — If you want a dog who actually wants to be close, he’s your guy. He thrives as the only pet. He gets jealous and wants all the love for himself, so he’s looking for a home where he can be your one and only. In return, he’ll give you endless affection, loyalty, and companionship. If you’ve been searching for a dog who will make you laugh, keep you active, and melt into your arms every day—Durango might just be your perfect match.

Story
Our newest little powerhouse 💥🐾 Don’t let his size fool you — Heinz is way more powerful than he looks and full of energy. He doesn’t do “walks” in the traditional sense… he leads the way on his invisible pogo-stick ⚡ More than just energy, Heinz has a big heart. During playtime, he stands up for the little guys and makes sure everyone plays fair 🐶❤️ At just 8 months old, Heinz is ready for a forever home — could that be yours?
