Do you need a big fluffy cuddle bug to help you brave the winter? My name is Moose, and I`ll happily be your hug buddy! I came to ECCHA as a return. I`m a cuddly, rambunctious, playful young boy and you betcha I love hugs! I also love to go on big walks and get all the attention I can get! My previous owners said I really didn`t like the neighbor dogs, so I really would love to be your one and only, and I`d love a home where I`m not seeing neighbor dogs all the time. You can ask a staff member if I`ve been in any playgroups at the shelter. We aren`t sure how I do with cats, so introduce me slowly. I did good with older kids in a former home, as long as they treat me with respect! Like any good Midwesterner, I love to be active and see the great outdoors! Proof that Saints still walk among us! Hello everyone, my name is Saint! I came to ECCHA as a surrender and I am ready to find my forever home. I had a wonderful slumber party with one of our staff members, and she guarantees that I am an incredibly sweet, cuddly, and loving boy. I like head and butt scritches, treats, cozy beds, and lots of attention - I`m kind of an attention hog, I WILL demand you pet me and guilt you if you deny me. I really did not enjoy hardwood floors, and was playing don`t touch the lava to try and avoid them. I did amazing with the cats at the home, and just ignored them. I have not been introduced to any other dogs yet, so we can do a dog to dog meet and greet at the shelter if you have a dog. Please introduce me slowly to any other pets you may have at home. Overall, I have been described as a certified bestest boy who is perfect if you want a dog that wants to live in your skin. My adoption fee has been graciously sponsored by members in the community! I am a pretty low-energy lady, I love to lay in bed, be pet, and eat good food. Actually, I like food a bit too much, as I am very overweight. I will need an adopter who can work with me to help me shed some pounds! My previous owners said I do great with other dogs, cats, and kids. Still, please introduce me slowly if you have any pets at home, and we can perform a dog to dog meet and greet at the shelter! I do get a bit protective over my food, so please feed me seperately if you have other pets. I would do great in a calm home where I can live out my golden years. I am already spayed. Staff says one of my favorite things is to run, and with a little patience I could be training for those 5K`s right alongside you. I`m playful and outgoing and would love to experience new things with you. My favorite place to be pet is right on my cute head, all the scratches, please! I`d make a great fit for most every home, but I have an active lifestyle so I want my future family to know that right away. I was already neutered before coming in to the shelter. What rhymes with cutest puppy? Guppy, of course! Guppy came to ECCHA as a stray and while the world was a little scary at first, everything worked out and she is settling in beautifully. She is a sweet girl who is just beginning to show her playful side as she gains confidence. New things can still make her nervous, especially loud noises and stairs, and she may occasionally growl at new people until she realizes they are not a threat, but she has not shown any aggression. Guppy did very well with cats in her home, is a quick learner with no recent accidents, and has already learned how to shake. She loves treats, attention, and head scritches and would do best in a patient, understanding home that can help her continue building confidence and discovering how great the world can be. Guppy was spayed at ECCHA, and her adoption fee was graciously sponsored by members of the community!

I`m ready to brave the winter with you as your own little bear! Hi, my name is Nanook, and I came to ECCHA as a stray with my 7 siblings! I`m the last one left of the litter, so I`m really hoping I can find my furever home soon! I am a super outgoing, playful, and vocal guy. I`m kind of a bit of a big meathead - I was the biggest boy of the bunch, and I am extremely food motivated! I also love to cuddle and I can be known to enjoy some rough housing! I can be easily startled by loud noises. In my foster home, I have done great with big dogs, little dogs, cats, and kids over 10. I do well with smaller kids under supervision, but I can be a bit mouthy at times when I`m excited, so parents would need to exercise caution. If you do have pets at home, please introduce me slowly. I am really in need of a home where I can have a play buddy, whether that`s another dog or a person. I`d be a great hiking or adventure partner, and I love the snow! I am not yet neutered, so my listed adoption fee includes a refundable $150 neuter deposit. Do I sound like the boy who`s lost in your life?
