Story
Do you need a big fluffy cuddle bug to help you brave the winter? My name is Moose, and I`ll happily be your hug buddy! I came to ECCHA as a return. I`m a cuddly, rambunctious, playful young boy and you betcha I love hugs! I also love to go on big walks and get all the attention I can get! My previous owners said I really didn`t like the neighbor dogs, so I really would love to be your one and only, and I`d love a home where I`m not seeing neighbor dogs all the time. You can ask a staff member if I`ve been in any playgroups at the shelter. We aren`t sure how I do with cats, so introduce me slowly. I did good with older kids in a former home, as long as they treat me with respect! Like any good Midwesterner, I love to be active and see the great outdoors! I`m already neutered so my adoption fee is $150 BUT right now im $75 off due to being a long term resident. Let me make something clear - it`s not Duck Duck Goose, it`s Duck Duck MOOSE! And I`m tagging you to chase me home!

Story
I`m Fiver and I am so happy to meet you! Are you looking for a running buddy? Well look no further! Staff says one of my favorite things is to run, and with a little patience I could be training for those 5K`s right alongside you. I`m playful and outgoing and would love to experience new things with you. My favorite place to be pet is right on my cute head, all the scratches, please! I`d make a great fit for most every home, but I have an active lifestyle so I want my future family to know that right away. I was already neutered before coming in to the shelter. Do you have Fiver Fever? We do!

Story
Like a gentle summer breeze, let June waltz her way in your life!Hi, I`m June! I am a little nervous at the shelter - there are just so many noises and smells here that I have never experienced before. I`m only 7 months old and have already endured so much in my life, so I would love a nice soft spot to land. I would really love another dog to live with me so they can help build my confidence and really `show me how to dog!` Although I am shy, I`m sweet and cuddly and love to give gentle kisses. I am also a HUGE foodie, and would gladly try anything for you! I am already spayed. Am I the one you`re looking for?

Story
What rhymes with cutest puppy? Guppy, of course! Guppy came to ECCHA as a stray and while the world was a little scary at first, everything worked out and she is settling in beautifully. She is a sweet girl who is just beginning to show her playful side as she gains confidence. New things can still make her nervous, especially loud noises and stairs, and she may occasionally growl at new people until she realizes they are not a threat, but she has not shown any aggression. Guppy did very well with cats in her home, is a quick learner with no recent accidents, and has already learned how to shake. She loves treats, attention, and head scritches and would do best in a patient, understanding home that can help her continue building confidence and discovering how great the world can be.

Story
Proof that Saints still walk among us! Hello everyone, my name is Saint! I came to ECCHA as a surrender and I am ready to find my forever home. I am a sweet, cuddly, and loving boy. I like head and butt scritches, treats, cozy beds, and lots of attention. I have not been introduced to any other animals yet, so please introduce me slowly to anyone you may have at home. I would do best in a calm home who has time to give me lots of attention and love. Can I be your Saint Nick this howl-iday season?

Story
Don Julio has the confidence of someone who never waits in line. Hi, I`m Don Julio, and I`m a lover of butt scritches, attention, and of course, PUP CUPS! I did so great on my day-cation and settled right down for my car ride. I met some big dogs and small dogs, and I did great, but we still recommend a slow introduction with any furry friends you have at home. I also met some kids, and I was a gentleman! Did I mention I really love attention? I am already neutered, so I am ready to be your outgoing/adventurous but sweet and cuddly friend? Could you be my 2nd shot at a loving home?
