Story
Meet Zeke & Matheson These two sweet seniors found themselves at the shelter after their owner passed away. Zeke and Matheson are gentle, loving dogs who adore each other’s company and bring out the best in one another. We would love for them to find a home together, but we know that isn’t always possible, and what matters most is that they each find a loving family to spend their golden years with. Adoption Fee Special: • Adopt both together for just $150 • Or adopt individually for a reduced fee of $90 each If you’ve got room in your heart (and maybe on your couch), these two are ready to fill it with love.

Story
Meet Sam! Sam is a sweet, gentle shepherd who has quickly won over everyone at the shelter with his loving personality and excellent manners. He came to us after being surrendered due to a medical condition called pannus, which affects the eyes and can lead to vision loss over time. Because of changes to his vision, fast or unpredictable movement can sometimes make Sam uncomfortable. In a calm, predictable environment, he truly shines. Right now, Sam is still seeing fairly well and continues to enjoy his daily routines, affection from people, and time spent relaxing with his favorite humans. Pannus can be managed with medicated eye drops given 1–3 times a day for life, which help slow progression and keep him comfortable. Sam will do best in a quieter home with people who are patient, understanding, and willing to support him as his vision changes with age. If you’re looking for a loyal, affectionate companion who thrives on routine and gentle interactions, Sam may be the perfect match for you.

Story
Meet Bubba! 🐾 Bubba came to us as a stray and, sadly, was never claimed. When he first arrived, he was dealing with a large skin infection from an untreated wound. With some TLC and a course of antibiotics, Bubba has healed beautifully and is now healthy, happy, and ready for a home of his own! Bubba shows interest in other dogs, and with proper introductions, we believe he could do well with a canine companion. He also appears to have had some house-training in the past—he keeps his kennel very clean here at the shelter, which is always a great sign! Bubba is looking for a fresh start and a family who will give him the love and care he deserves.

Story
Opie came to us as a stray and, sadly, was never claimed, but he’s ready to start his next chapter with a loving family! Recently neutered and all set for adoption, Opie is eager to find his forever home. This sweet, dopey boy is very people-focused and loves being around his humans. He’s currently working on his housetraining and will likely catch on quickly once he’s in a consistent home environment. Opie can be a little shy at times and would benefit from some gentle confidence building, but his affectionate nature and big heart shine through in everything he does.

Story
Lucy Gray is a gentle, soft-hearted girl who came to us as a stray. While we don’t know much about her past, we’ve been getting to know her and she’s been quietly stealing our hearts ever since. At around 3 years old, Lucy Gray is calm, affectionate, and easy to love. She’s a bit reserved at first, but once she feels safe, her sweet nature shines through. She’s been picking up on basic commands and seems eager to learn more — especially when treats are involved!
