Story
Alora came to us as a stray and is approximately 5 years old. She is very sweet to people, has great manners, and enjoys hanging out. While Alora does not seem to be fond of other dogs here at the shelter, she may do well with slow meet-and-greets with dogs in her next home. She enjoys her time outside and cherishes the warm weather and fresh spring air. If you are the outdoorsy type of person this girl may be your new best friend!Alora was recently diagnosed with Perianal Furunculosis, treatment went well, but she could have flare-ups that will be need to be treated. “I come with 30 days of free post-adoption support through Petcademy.org. Story
Atlas a spunky young heeler mix was found hanging out at the local motel, we believe he may have followed his Amish owners into town and became lost. He is a sweet little guy who is looking for a job to do! He would do well with an active family who will take him on lots of walks/hikes to keep his mind and body happy! Atlas has done well with his playmate Clementine but we recommend slow meet and greets with any potential household pets.“I come with 30 days of free post-adoption support through Petcademy.org. Story
Blitz is a 6yo Husky mix, who we were told was adopted in Dec at Rock County Humane Society. Blitz didn't do well in his previous home due to being anxious with other dogs in the home. Blitz is kennel trained, but needs some positive training with housebreaking. Blitz does not enjoy the company of new dogs, he would do best in a home as the only dog and older children. Blitz has been with us for 5 weeks now, and is a loveable boy! He loves his outside time and being brushed. “I come with 30 days of free post-adoption support through Petcademy.org. Benny does need a home without cats, as he fixates on them.“I come with 30 days of free post-adoption support through Petcademy.org. Story
Clementine is a sweet young heeler who came in as a stray. She is very loving and wants to be wherever you are. Clementine seems nervous of cats here at the shelter, but slow greets should be done for everyone's safety. She seems to have lived outside, and that's where she prefers to be, Clementine would make an excellent hiking partner, or on a farm with a job to do! She enjoys playing with her buddy Atlas and rolling around in the grass! “I come with 30 days of free post-adoption support through Petcademy.org.
