Story
Name: June Age: 11 months old  Breed: Terrier mix Gender: Female Weight: 40# Good with kids: yes Good with dogs: yes Good with cats: no Current on vaccinations: Yes Adoption also includes Certified Vet Inspection, and Prior vetting paperwork. Foster location: Appleton  Application & Website: https://www.ourpackanimalrescue.com/adoption.html Bio:  June is an all to common story, adopted from an overcrowded shelter as a puppy and then returned after they had a baby. Many of June’s siblings had been adopted through OPARI this summer and they were such a foster fav we couldn’t leave this girl behind.  She has proven to be such a sweet girl already, her return papers said no kids- we would like to respectfully say her previous family is way wrong. She loves respectful children, but can be a bit enthusiastic with her love.  She is decompressing but so far seems to be on the higher end of activity levels. She is smart and loves to love on her people but if there is another dog to play with she will pick play. While she needs time to settle in for now our recommendation is going to be an active home, and not a new new year resolution active, but a proven record. Maybe a family that has other active dogs to play with in a fenced in backyard, or regular doggie daycare trips. Please know this may change as she settles more but for now that is what we are learning about this pretty lady.  Puppies will be puppies—they scratch, nip, jump, have accidents, and chew on things they shouldn’t. They require time, patience, and consistent training. Please only consider adoption if you’re truly ready for the responsibility and lifelong commitment they deserve. Our Pack Animal Rescue,  Inc. Is an all foster based 501c3 rescue. License #487823. Meet and greets are arranged after an application has been approved. An approved application does not mean you must adopt the dog of interest, if it isn't a good fit.January 3, 2026, 12:31 pm

Foster location:  Waupaca  Application & Website: https://www.ourpackanimalrescue.com/adoption.html Meet Breck &#226&#157&#132&#239&#184&#143 Named after Breckenridge, and just like the mountain town, Breck is equal parts charming and fun. This brown-and-white cutie brings a little altitude energy — playful when it’s time, but happy to slow it down and enjoy the view. Breck is curious, social, and always down to see what everyone else is doing. He’s got that friendly, easygoing personality that makes him fit in anywhere, whether that’s romping with his siblings or posting up for some well-earned snuggles. &#226&#157&#132&#239&#184&#143 Important info: About a week ago, we discovered the puppies have ringworm (not invited). They’re currently undergoing treatment and doing great. Because of that, we’re hopeful they’ll be ready to go home after January 14. &#226&#155&#183&#239&#184&#143 Good news: You don’t have to wait to apply. Applications are open now, and Breck is absolutely worth planning ahead for. If you’re looking for a puppy with good looks, good vibes, and main-street Breckenridge charm, Breck is ready to be your new adventure buddy. Our Pack Animal Rescue,  Inc. Story
Name: Ron Age: 5 years old    Breed: Shep mix   Gender: male   Weight: 57lbs   Good with kids: very nervous around kids would recommend either no kids or older kids.    Good with dogs: YES   Good with cats: YES   Current on vaccinations: Yes   Fixed: Yes   Adoption also includes Certified Vet Inspection, and Prior vetting paperwork.   Foster location: Weyauwega    Application & Website: https://www.ourpackanimalrescue.com/adoption.html   Bio: Everyone meet sweet Ron! You may have already been introduced to Hermione and Harry through OPARI and now here's Ron. Ron and those two were found roaming the streets of Texas. He has some scars and he's very skinny. Ron had a fractured hip and needed a FHO. He came to Wisconsin with that done and completed he still has a hard time putting full weight on that leg but with time should heal.  Ron takes some time to warm up. He's a very quiet and timid boy. Once he knows who you are he gets a little more pep in his step and is excited to see you. He's most comfortable outside which makes sense being a stray. For the most part right now Ron finds a nice cozy spot out of the way and naps. Ron is getting used to the kennel but for right now he is using an indestructible kennel for his safety. Ron does not get kennelled at night and has been doing wonderful.  Ron hasn't been very playful with the resident dogs he coexists very well with them  has shown no sign here at his foster home of resource guarding and doesn't seem to mind the cat. Ron has such a sweet loving soul and I cannot wait to see more of a personality shine the more comfortable he gets.    Our Pack Animal Rescue,  Inc. Is an all foster based 501c3 rescue. Story
Name:  Mlynn Age:  11 months (DOB 12/21/24) Breed: lab mix? Gender: Female Weight: 22 lbs  Good with kids: yes Good with dogs: yes Good with cats: yes Current on vaccinations: Yes Adoption also includes Certified Vet Inspection, and prior vetting paperwork. Foster location:  Waupaca  Application & Website: https://www.ourpackanimalrescue.com/adoption.html Meet M’Lynn  [] [] At just over a year old, M’Lynn has already traveled a winding road. It took her a little time to feel safe and settle in, but once she did, her personality bloomed in the brightest way. She is the reigning queen of sploots, the proud owner of the clumsiest zoomies you’ve ever witnessed, and a firm believer that she might one day achieve liftoff. Her bark carries a raspy little twang that gives her extra character and makes you smile every time. M’Lynn is a shy girl at first. She won’t rush up asking for attention. Instead, she’ll quietly observe you from a comfortable distance and decide when you’ve earned VIP access. When you do, that’s when the magic starts. Expect surprise snuggles, a warm little body curled at your feet, and a loyal shadow who won’t leave your side all evening. When she loves, she loves deeply. She does experience some separation anxiety, and with that can come destructive behavior if she feels left behind. She is currently crated when home alone and requires a sturdy Ruffland style kennel, as wire and standard plastic crates are no match for her determination. The good news is that she kennels beautifully. She sleeps through the night in her crate and happily eats her meals there without stress. Change can be challenging for M’Lynn, but she continues to make steady progress with reassurance, structure, and patience. Her growth consistently outweighs her setbacks, and she shows her gratitude every single day with unwavering devotion. M’Lynn is looking for a patient, understanding home willing to give a little extra time and support. In return, you’ll get a fiercely loyal companion who bonds deeply and reminds you daily just how special you are. If you’re ready to earn the trust of a shy queen and be rewarded with a lifetime of love, M’Lynn is ready to meet you.  [] Our Pack Animal Rescue,  Inc. Is an all foster based 501c3 rescue.
