Story
Bella is a 8 year old, very sweet, low maintenance (for a husky) dog who shows her love by licking. She was inside for the first 6 years of her life, so is well house trained. She has adjusted well to being an outdoor dog over the last year. She likes short walks and lying in the sun. She was born and lived half her life in southern CA, the other half in WA. She had another husky around, male, for most of her life, but didn’t seem sad when he passed away a year ago. She gets along with other big dogs just fine, she’s never been around smaller dogs. I wouldn’t recommend cats as she sees them as play toys. She is a dog that would do best with older children. Due to life circumstances we cannot give her the attention and love she needs.

Needs experienced adopter,
Story
Winter is sweet, loving and very talkative! She is energetic yet easy-going. She loves playing fetch and going on long walks (She has not been leash-trained and she does pull hard and follow her nose). She does excellent with other dogs and currently lives with an older female dog. She’s never shown any sort of food aggression of any kind. She is great with kids, however, I recommend a family with older kids as she is so playful and large and doesn’t realize how powerful she is; Winter tends to want to jump up when she gets excited. She is very intelligent and curious about all things. Unfortunately, due to boredom and our inability to give her consistent training and stimulation, she has developed some unfavorable habits such as digging holes, digging in our garden and chewing on things she finds. We are the foster family for Winter until she finds a forever home with enough space. Our hope is for Winter to live her best life and get showered with so much love and attention.

Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Nepal has a white coat with a black/white ears and black spots on his back.He is a medium size dog with the strength of a very large dog. Nepal has made great progress since his arrival on Finn Ranch. He loves to go for walks but needs a strong handler on the end of the leash. He is getting better at following verbal cues such as stay, come, and sit.Nepal tends to be an alpha dog and must have a patient adopter to continue his training and who knows how to gently handle a dogs with the strength and energy level of Nepal. Because of his alpha dog tendencies it would be best for Nepal to go to an only dog home with older children. Nepal is up to date on vaccinations, microchipped and neutered. ##1499368##
