Speaking of rough, he and siblings had a rough start in life but he has come so far. Gilligan has a mellow disposition and is dog friendly. His perfect home would include a friendly resident dog. He loves to play and chase is a favorite game for him. Gilligan is treat motivated, which will really help with his ongoing training. He’s a bit shy and may take some time to decompress but that’s to be expected with any rescue critter. Are you ready for a cutie pie like Gilligan?

Mr. Howell is a really sweet, soft, perfect-sized dog (20 lbs), with grey-brown coloring and an adorable heart shaped patch of white fur on his chest. He’s youthful and playful, but has a chill, low-maintenance personality. He loves toys and is happy to play with his person or entertain himself. He has done very well with female fosters -- coming out of his shell, playing and showing affection. However, men in the household (and our male staff members) still frighten him weeks or even months later. This special boy needs an all female household, preferably with another dog. He needs plenty of time to adjust and lots of help to build his confidence. He will reward your patience with endless love.

Wang Choy is appx 4 yrs old, maltese mix, weights about 18 to 20lbs. Hes very sweet, friendly with everyone and does well with other dogs, he does fine with cats as well. He does well in car rides, walks well on leash and he loves to cuddle. Hes a very smart pup, house trained and potty trained! He was abandoned and was found as a stray in Canton, China and he really doesnt want to be abandoned again 🙁 he will make a very great family pet!
