He has done very well with female fosters -- coming out of his shell, playing and showing affection. However, men in the household (and our male staff members) still frighten him weeks or even months later. This special boy needs an all female household, preferably with another dog. He does well in car rides, walks well on leash and he loves to cuddle. Hes a very smart pup, house trained and potty trained! He was abandoned and was found as a stray in Canton, China and he really doesnt want to be abandoned again 🙁 he will make a very great family pet!

He is crate-trained and doing well on his house training. Malbu loves his trips to the doggie park and enjoys his daily walks. Malbu is a loving boy and will be a good family dog. Malbu’s Rescue Story Malbu was caught by a volunteer of a TNR (Trap / Neuter / Return) rescue group. TNR rescue groups specialize in getting stray animals spayed and neutered and the animals are returned to their original location to live as homeless dogs and cats. TNR programs help with the overpopulation of unwanted animals. The volunteer caring for him loves him and didn’t want to see him back on the streets. The volunteer reached out to an experienced international rescue organization to save him and some other puppies that are still too young to be released back to the streets. The founder of the rescue organization has over 160 dogs waiting for homes. She really does not have space for another dog. However, she could not bear to see them suffering on the streets. She agreed to take them home and give them a chance in life. Malbu along with his 40 other buddies were all rescued and live together waiting for their own forever homes. Malbu had a thorough medical checkup. He had been neutered, vaccinated, microchip, and passed negative on his blood tests. Please give Malbu a loving home where he will never be left behind again.
