Fric and Frac are a pair of picturesque pugs that somehow ended up at our shelter! They`re a little confused as to how this happened and believe their princely personalities need a pillow in their forever home as soon as possible please! All they ask for is a consistent supply of yummy snacks, a soft spot for a snooze and a cuddle, and humans who understand the needs of their particularly special biology. Rated for first timers and older kids, and can be adopted out separately or together! FRIC A534254.

Story
Miss Piggy was found roaming the streets; her owner was not found, and she had no chip. We took her in from the person who found her. Unfortunately, we do not have the time to give her the attention she needs, she is extremely friendly and needs a lot of attention. Every time she is left alone, she is very sad. She needs an owner who works from home or has more friendly pets to keep Miss Piggy happy. We took her to the Vet, and she got most of her meds. We will also provide toys, a crate, a leash, food, flea prevention, etc. We do not know her age exactly, and she needs to get an ultrasound to see if the is fixed or not.

Story
Momo was found as a stray in Salinas. She was microchipped, but her people never claimed her. This little girlie is a very playful, persistently affectionate, potty trained pug/chi mix.   Momo is currently being fostered with another dog her size, and they love to run around and chase each other. She also loves to run around the yard by herself and is good at keeping occupied with toys.   Momo has good leash manners. She’s curious about people, but can be wary and might need a little time to get used to someone. Momo weighs 12 pounds and we think she’s pretty young (1-2) based on her energy level and perfect teeth. Speaking of teeth, check out that adorable underbite!   Grateful Dogs Rescue incurs substantial veterinary and other expenses in rescuing our dogs. In order to recoup some of these costs, we request a tax-deductible donation for each adoption. The suggested donation for MOMO is $300. If you are interested in adopting MOMO, please complete our online adoption application at https://www.gratefuldogsrescue.org/adoption-process/ . One of our volunteers will get back to you. Adoptions are local, confined to the SF Bay Area. See our other available dogs at  https://www.gratefuldogsrescue.org/available-dogs/ February 2, 2025, 8:06 pm

Story
Woody is an adorable 9-week-old Chihuahua/Pug mix weighing in at just 3 pounds of pure sweetness. This tiny guy was taken in by one of our dedicated foster moms, who has been with us since the very beginning over a decade ago. She stepped up to care for Woody when he was just a pound, and thanks to her loving care, he’s now neutered, thriving, and ready to find his forever family! Woody is as cute as they come, with a playful and affectionate personality. He’s doing great with pad training and absolutely loves everyone he meets. His foster mom has been giving him the best start in life, and now he’s ready to bring joy to a new home. Woody is looking for a loving family who’s excited to continue his training, shower him with affection, and watch him grow into the perfect companion. Don’t miss out on the chance to welcome this precious pup into your life! To begin the adoption process, please submit an application using the link below. Our team will carefully review it to determine if you are a suitable match for the dog you are interested in. If deemed a good fit, the foster parent will reach out to schedule a meet-and-greet or seek additional information.
