She starts her mornings around 7:30am with a quick potty break, followed by a happy, full breakfast (she loves her Nutrisource kibble!). After breakfast, she enjoys a leisurely neighborhood walk to stretch her legs and take in the scents of the morning.   During the day, Raggedy Ann is the picture of calm. She lounges near her person— sometimes in her crate, sometimes just outside of it— content to snooze while you work. She goes out for regular potty breaks every 2-3 hours, gets a few treats throughout the day, and then has her second meal between 5:00 and 5:30pm. By 10:30pm, she’s tucked into her crate for the night, where she sleeps soundly without a peep.   Although she arrived a bit shy, Raggedy Ann has blossomed into a sweet, affectionate girl who chooses her person and sticks close by. She loves gentle attention and will quietly follow you from room to room just to be near you. If she can’t see you, she’ll go find you— never in a needy way, just with a soft devotion that’s incredibly endearing.   Socially, she coexists peacefully with the resident 18-lb terrier in her foster home, though they don’t really interact.   Raggedy Ann is a true lounger— more couch potato than playmate. She’s not into toys, fetching, or high-energy games, and she’s not especially food-motivated. What she is very motivated by is calm companionship and gentle affection. She walks nicely on leash, enjoys sniffing the world, and doesn’t pay much mind to other dogs passing by. She is fully housebroken, gives a little whine when she needs to go outside, and has shown no destructive tendencies—no chewing, digging, or excessive barking.   Sweet, easy, gentle, and low-maintenance, Raggedy Ann is simply a lovely little dog who will bring warmth and quiet affection to the home lucky enough to adopt her.November 25, 2025, 9:42 pm

To be considered for adoption, pls submit an application in advance.   Adoption fee: $700 Meet Chanel!   Chanel, a 2 year old, 8 lb Chorkie, was found running as a stray with her sisters Dior and Prada, and of the trio, she is the most timid and sensitive. She arrived at her foster home unsure of the world, nervous about new sounds, and very cautious with new people. But once she realized she was safe, her sweet, quirky personality started to shine through.   Daily Routine & House Manners   Chanel starts her day early— around 6am— with a quick trip outside. She is house-trained; originally she used potty pads but now goes outside reliably with an open door. After her morning potty break, she’s at her happiest tossing around her little plushie toys. She LOVES them and proudly plays fetch with her tiny stuffed favorites.   Breakfast comes next, followed by her morning poo, and then she settles in for the day. While her foster is at work, Chanel hangs out in the bedroom and is a complete angel— quiet, content, and snoozing on the bed until her person comes home.   Evenings are a mix of gentle playtime and lounging on the back of the sofa. She adores belly rubs, pets, and all the cozy attention she can get. At night she sleeps snuggled up in bed with her foster.   Personality – From Timid to Tenderhearted   When she first arrived, Chanel was very unsure of everything— new noises, sudden movements, and unfamiliar people. She’s still timid out in the world, preferring to be carried in a sling or to relax in her stroller, where she feels safest. She’ll meet new people politely, but it’s more of a quiet, cautious “hello.”   At home, though, Chanel blossoms. She’s affectionate, gentle, and definitely a bit of a Velcro dog. She loves being near her person but isn’t needy— if you get up to do laundry or step away for a minute, she’ll stay cozily in her spot until you return. She gets adorable bursts of energy when she plays fetch, and the rest of the time she’s a champion lounger.   She’s also a classic tiny Chihuahua mix— she shivers when she’s nervous (her foster nicknamed her “Shakin’ Bacon”) and occasionally does the little reverse sneezes these breeds are known for.   Other Dogs, People & Outings   Chanel has been fostered both with and without other dogs and does well in either situation. She mostly ignores other dogs and prefers human attention. She has also been fostered with a cat and just ignores her.   She loves tagging along on outings— stores, parks, restaurants, nail salons— you name it. She’s quiet, calm, and very portable, though she stays cautious in new environments.   Energy & Walking Style   Chanel is mostly a couch-and-comfort kind of girl. She’ll play fetch with enthusiasm, but otherwise she’s a lounger. Walks are still a work in progress. She doesn’t pull or bark or chase anything— she simply zigzags between your legs and often asks to be picked up. She isn’t going to be a hiking buddy, but she would make an excellent “purse dog” who loves being carried close.   Ideal Home   Chanel is flexible and could fit into many types of homes—as long as they’re gentle and patient. She thrives with one person but would likely do fine in a family as well. She’s easy to leave alone during the workday but is also delighted to have companionship. She’s not a high-activity dog and would prefer a home that appreciates her low-key nature, her love of being carried, and her tender heart.   Why Adopt Chanel?   Chanel is the kind of tiny dog that makes people stop in their tracks. She has a soft, lovable presence; she’s gentle, cuddly, easy to take places, and quietly working on building confidence in this big world. Every day she becomes a little more trusting, a little braver, and a little sweeter.   Foster Favorite   Her foster’s favorite thing? Chanel’s morning routine—right after rolling out of bed, she proudly brings over her plushies, ready for her first game of fetch of the day. It’s impossible not to melt.November 28, 2025, 6:35 pm

To be considered for adoption, pls submit an application in advance.   Adoption fee: $650 Meet Apple, a 7–8 year old, 21 lb Yorkie-Poo mama who has officially retired from motherhood (yes… at her age! We know!) and is finally ready to land in the forever home that will spoil her the way she’s always deserved. She is soft, gentle, silly, and so loving that it’s almost impossible not to fall for her.   Daily Life With Apple Apple is a champion sleeper. If you let her sleep in, she will happily stay curled up until you’re ready to start the day.   7:30am: Wake-up, morning stretch, a little blink, and a gentle attempt at breakfast. She used to only eat dinner but is getting the hang of the two-meal routine. She spends most of her day snoozing on her bed next to her foster’s desk, occasionally moving to a warm sunbeam or shifting her position with a dramatic sigh.   Afternoon: Her absolute favorite time of day— a walk. Apple lights up for walks and jumps around like a baby goat when the leash appears.   4:30–8:30pm: Play time. She loves all toys: chew toys, balls, squeakers, and anything soft. She’ll play fetch for a bit and will even throw a stuffy for herself when she’s feeling extra peppy.   5:30–6:30pm: Dinner. She previously insisted on dining only at 9pm, but she has now adapted to a more socially acceptable mealtime.   8:30–11pm: Prime snuggle-and-TV hours.   11pm: Bedtime. She goes into her crate with a gentle nudge and settles immediately without a peep.   Personality and Transformation   Apple’s arrival was bittersweet: she had just been separated from her 7-week-old puppies, and she was unsure and searching.   Her feelings toward the resident dog evolved quickly. Day 1: Not interested in his attempts to play. Days 2–4: She wanted to play, but he wasn’t so sure about her still being a bit lactate-y. Now: They run, chase, and play together around the house once or twice a day.   With humans, Apple has been a snuggler from day one. She wants nothing more than to curl up in your lap, be pet, rest her head on your chest, or give you gentle kisses. She will wedge herself behind your back in your desk chair while you work, acting as a warm little cushion. She is absolutely a velcro couch potato— unless she’s sunbathing, in which case she’s briefly off duty. Her iconic Yoda ears are a constant source of joy: they flop down when she’s relaxed, stand sideways like a tiny alien radar when sniffing for treats, and bounce as she trots proudly on her walks.   Apple clearly lived in a home before being dumped while pregnant. She is reliably housetrained, stands by the back door when she needs to go, walks beautifully on a leash, and knows exactly what a routine is. She also enjoys wearing sweaters and seems very experienced in putting them on. Her fur is thin on the sides from recent motherhood, but she wears her little outfits with pride. One especially sweet moment: the night before her spay surgery, her foster dozed off on the sofa. Apple quietly got up, climbed next to them, wrapped her front paws around their shoulder, and rested her head on their chest. It was as adorable as it sounds.   Behavior Apple is almost silent. She may let out a quiet bark at the mail carrier or a certain neighbor dog, but otherwise, she is not a barker. No chewing, no digging, no destructive habits. She has offered a soft growl when another dog tried to snatch her food, but she is generally very polite about sharing space.  What Makes Apple Special She looks at her person with total devotion, like you are the best thing that has ever happened to her. Her sweetness, gentleness, and gentle enthusiasm for life make her stand out.   Apple has raised her last litter. Now it’s her turn to be the one who gets pampered, cherished, and fully loved. She is ready for her forever person or family— someone who wants a snuggly, devoted companion with a heart full of gratitude and gentleness.December 1, 2025, 2:13 pm

Good with dogs, Needs experienced adopter, Shots are up-to-date,
Story
I've had the joy of having him for 2 wonderful years, adopting him through a family member. Now, as I prepare to move, it breaks my heart that I wont be able to take him with me I would love for him to go to a loving home. He is 9 years old but has puppy energy, enjoys long walks and runs. He surprises everyone with his puppy-like enthusiasm. Whether its going on long walks, going for a run, or nudging you for more pets, he loves being active and occasionally steals a sock or slipper so YOU have to chase him around the house. Hes a fairly quiet dog for as energetic he is, BUT will also lounge around and be lazy.
