Dexter is feline friendly and would do best in a home without small children due to normal heeler instincts. Story
Meet Trolly! Trolly is a sweet and gentle one year old pup looking for his forever home! Hés already crate and potty trained. Walks well on leash. Goes out to do his business after meals. While he can be a little shy at first, with some patience and few treats he'll warm up and show his playful and affectionate side. Trolly loves belly rubs, exploring new places and is always up for play time. He is a curious and active guy who is still working on learning simple commands, so he would love a family that can continue his ongoing training. If you are looking for a quiet but loving companion who just needs a little more time to trust, Trolly might be the perfect match! Could you be the home he's waiting for? If you would like to meet Trolly, please visit spotslaststop.org and fill out an application.

Story
Hi, my name is Jojo, will you be my best friend? I certainly want to be yours and will make sure you feel loved and paid attention to all the time. I am the perfect size (a little under 30 pounds) for cuddles but I also love running around outside and going on walks. I walk well on a leash but prefer to walk when there aren’t many other dogs around. I have to be the only pet in the house as I want all your attention and I am most comfortable with adults. I would be happiest in a quieter household with a regular routine. Besides being your bestie I love bones and food puzzles. I do my best to listen to commands like sit and lay down and am ready to learn more. I truly aim to please always. I am fully potty trained and crate trained. I am used to sleeping in my crate and eating in there too. I have been through a lot so I can be nervous at times but your affection and care will be all I need to become your life long companion.--------------------------------------------All our Warrior Dogs will have all age appropriate medical care and vaccines, a microchip, and spay/neuter before adoption unless age is a factor with a puppy younger than 6-12 months at the time of adoption. If that is the case, the spay/neuter will be covered in the adoption fee and the owner will be responsible to have the procedure completed at a Warrior Dog Rescue Veterinarian at the appropriate time. Please note that the majority of our dogs in rescue are from shelters where they have been found as strays or abandoned. Their breed description is based on our very best educated guess based on physical characteristics and their dispositions. If they came to our rescue as an owner surrender, the breed description will be listed as provided by the previous owner.Adoption Fee - $400To apply for this pup, please submit an Adoption Application at http://warriordogrescue.com/adopt/adoption-application/

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Hello, my name is Bell and I was born on September 11, 2023. I love to play outside and with other dogs of all sizes! I am a little shy at first when I meet other dogs so I like a few minutes to get to know them and then I am happy to run and play no matter the weather. I have been living with a few other dogs of various sizes and love playing with them all.  I learn quickly and am potty and kennel trained. My foster Mom taught me how to sit pretty and shake my paw after only a few tries. She said I must he really smart to have learned so fast!  I also love toys and chew bones and like to chase balls. I would enjoy being with a family with older children or adults where I have lots of toys to play with and who also give me a little space when I need it. I would love to meet you so let me know when you would like to come over and play!  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.Interested in adopting this lovable animal? Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Meet Rocky! According to his Embark DNA test, this guy is the perfect combination of 35.5%  Cattle Dog, 27.1% Boxer, 14.6% Pit Bull Terrier and the rest Super Mutt! He weighs about 45 pounds and has an estimated birthdate of December 2022. Rocky is the absolute sweetest boy you could meet. He loves nothing more than to be pet. If you stop, he gets closer to ask for more. He also has mastered a hug and loves to lean into his people for a good hug. He is truly a love! Otherwise, Rocky is a really nice middle of the road guy that is very easy to have around. He is perfectly crate trained and has mastered house training in his time with us. He enjoys playing and walks, but is perfectly happy to also just take a nap and chill. Rocky does excellent for vet care, never giving them any trouble even though he is quite nervous at the doctor. Rocky is not a particularly vocal dog and doesn't tend to bark at things outside the fence or window. In fact, its not common to hear much of any noise from him outside of when its meal time and he is waiting for his food! Rocky lives with cats and dogs and does just fine sharing his home, if you have other pets. He also lives with two kids, ages 5 and 8.  Although he is pretty close to perfect, nobody is ever totally perfect. He does have a couple of quirks. Rocky is a chewer. He needs access to plenty of appropriate dog toys and a little "doggy proofing" - remote controls left out are fair game, he says. Other than that, he is simply a little scared at times. Loud trucks and thunderstorms, for example, can be quite scary. Rocky had quite the journey! He originally arrived at a Tennessee shelter in December of 2023. He had been found very skinny, full of worms and petrified. He ended up sitting at the shelter for a year hoping his forever family would come along with no luck. In December 2024, we made a small trip south and he was one of the four who came back with us! Once in Minnesota, his journey was not over yet, though. He was heartworm positive and would need to go through treatment before he could be listed. He got his last heartworm treatment on 3/28/2025 and is now healthy and cleared for adoption! Phew! Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.Interested in adopting this lovable animal?
