Story
To learn more about Ringo, please get in touch with dogs@lostdogrescue.org. A Day in the Life of Ringo: Play, Cuddles, Repeat! Meet Ringo, an young cattle dog mix who’s ready to rock your world! This playful and curious pup is already stealing hearts with his stunning brindled coat, big personality, and endless zest for life. He loves everyone he meets and thrives on adventure. Whether he’s chasing balls, running free in the yard, or showing off his growing list of commands, Ringo’s enthusiasm is contagious. Ringo is very smart—the kind of clever that keeps you laughing and on your toes. He’s eager to please, loves treats (almost as much as his toys!), and is learning quickly what it means to be a well-mannered young gentleman. He’s house-trained, a good car companion, and enjoys relaxing by the door, watching the world go by or napping close to his favorite human. Like any bright, young pup, Ringo needs both physical exercise and mental challenges to keep his tail wagging. He’d do best with an all adult household and an active adopter who enjoys being outdoors and has a fully fenced yard where he can safely zoom to his heart’s content. He’s still growing out of his puppy antics—a bit jumpy, mouthy, and full of energy—but with patience, consistency, and continued training, Ringo will mature into an incredible lifelong companion. If you’re ready to team up with a fun, whip-smart pup who’ll keep you laughing, learning, and moving, come meet Ringo today—he’s ready to join your fab family!

To learn more about Lazy River please get in touch with dogs@lostdogrescue.org Lazy River is an Australian cattle dog mix-the sweetest one out there ! He’s calm, cuddly and affectionate and so very loving once he gets to know you. Lazy River can be a little shy with strangers but his curiosity soon gets the better of him. Lazy River can be understandably a little anxious in a new environment, but quickly settles in, especially when given a calm place to unwind. Lazy River has a lot of puppy energy to burn off, so he will love all activities and play time. He would do well with a family who can help him learn his leash walking- he’s already well on his way in learning his basic doggie commands such as sit, stay and lay down. Come say hi to Lazy River and maybe you’ll find in him the perfect companion, happy to float along where life takes you both.

Story
Meet Clearapathra! Don't let her shy first impression fool you — Clearapathra is a total sweetheart who just needs a little time to warm up. When she first arrives in a new home, she may be a bit timid, but give her a few days and she'll be strutting around like she owns the place (because in her mind, she does). Once she feels safe and loved, Clearapathra transforms into the most loyal shadow you've ever had. She'll follow you from room to room, curl up in your lap, and shower you with affection. She's the kind of dog who gives you her whole heart — she just likes to make sure you've earned it first. Clearapathra is fully potty trained and has even figured out the dog door, making her an easy housemate. She loves playing with her toys and is happiest when she's close to her people. She would thrive with a canine companion to help boost her confidence, but she can also do beautifully in a calm, quieter household where she has the space to come out of her shell at her own pace. She does best with older children, as younger kids can feel a little overwhelming for her sensitive soul. If you're looking for a devoted, loving companion who will become your ride-or-die once she trusts you, Clearapathra might just be your perfect match. She's not just looking for a home — she's looking for her home. Adoption Day: March 7th at PetSmart Tysons Corner from 10:00–11:00 AM, an approved adopter must be present to adopt. Some pups may stick around until 11:00 AM for the public event—check our Facebook page closer to the date to see if this pup will be attending the extra fun! ##2648825##
