PLEASE DIRECT INQUIRIES ABOUT ADOPTABLE DOGS TO OUR FACEBOOK. WE ARE CURRENTLY UNABLE TO PROCESS APPLICATIONS VIA EMAIL DUE TO LIMITED STAFF. OUR CONTACT IS THROUGH FACEBOOK MESSENGER. https://www.facebook.com/REDRescueEveryDog/ Meet Rivers! We love this happy, sensitive, stubby tailed cutie! This sweet boy has an estimated DOB of October 2022, and is guessed to possibly be aussie and shepherd mix. Rivers is highly intelligent, and like most very smart young dogs, will test your consistency. He knows basic commands like sit, wait, crate, here and walks on lead but still need polish.Due to his age and intelligence level he will require someone with clear communication and consistent positive reinforcement training and language. He loves to learn and he likes to be with you. Rivers loves other dogs he knows, and plays well. He does very low alert on strange dogs or people but is very easy to redirect for guidance and an appropriate intro. He is amazingly cute with his natural stubby tail and double dew claws. This dog requires a crate when not supervised and mandatory 6 foot fence. He can climb a 4 foot fence. He is a joy to be around and is made of love, loyalty, and smarts. He is a heart dog waiting for his family. Rivers adoption donation is $650. Most of our dogs require a fenced yard. We seek fully fenced yards with a physical, visible fence. Typically, the fence must be connected to the house/ a door in the home, and the dog safe fenced area must exclude driveway and car access. Shock/electronic fences will not be approved for most dogs. A sturdy, high quality crate is also required (due to safety concerns, no wire or soft crates will be accepted. Impact, Ruffland, 4 point contact locking door Skyline, Zinger Winger, etc type crate). We will be considering homes in W. Wa and possibly Oregon, no other out of state adoptions at this time. Adoption donation is $650.00 to help cover his transport, vaccines, daily care, food, etc. THIS DOG IS IN FOSTER CARE IN POULSBO, WA. MEET AND GREETS WILL TAKE PLACE THERE AS WELL. REQUIREMENTS FOR ADOPTION: - Securely and visibly fenced yard 5ft+ - Sturdy/safe crate, due to the safety hazard wire crates will be not be accepted. Story
**Jerry is in foster in Prosser, Washington** Are you ready to welcome a burst of energy and affection into your life? Look no further than Jerry, a 10-month-old Cattle Dog who's eagerly searching for his forever family. Jerry was transferred to us from Weatherford, Texas with his brother Tommy (Tom). Jerry’s ideal family is one that can provide him with consistent routines, positive reinforcement, and plenty of playtime. Jerry would thrive in a home with an active lifestyle, perhaps with a yard for him to burn off some of that puppy energy. He is looking for a family who understands his breed's intelligence and is committed to providing mental stimulation through engaging activities and positive training. Jerry is dog-friendly, and would love a home with some fur-siblings to play with. Jerry has not been exposed to children yet; however, we believe he would do well in a home with older children that can respect his space. Jerry has also not been exposed to cats, but would likely do well with a confident and dog-savvy cat. While Jerry is friendly and loving, he may need some time to adjust to new people and surroundings. Slow introductions are key to building his trust, and once he feels secure, Jerry is sure to become your loyal companion for life. He is very much a velcro dog once you are in his inner circle! Jerry is making strides with his training. He’s gaining confidence on leash walks and doing well with his potty training. He is still very much a puppy, so his new home should be ready to continue with his training needs. Jerry is treat-motivated and loves fetch, toys, kongs, and puzzle toys. Jerry is also doing well with crate training! He can be initially antsy in the crate, and may whine for a few minutes but then settles down and is quiet. Overall he does awesome in his car crate and would make a great co-pilot. Don't miss out on the chance to welcome Jerry into your home and create a lifetime of memories together! Jerry is neutered and has received age-appropriate core vaccines. He is being fostered in Prosser, WA. If you're interested in meeting Jerry please fill out an adoption application on our website: pnwcdr.org/adopt Please note: We do not do DNA testing on our foster dogs. The breed description is our best guess based on the dog's appearance, mother's appearance, paperwork, etc. Adoption Process: - Adoption Application - Phone Convo - Meet & Greet - Home Visit - Application Approval - Adoption Fee & Contract ($390) Our adoption application is at pnwcdr.org/adopt

Story
Hi, just call me Buba,I am just a little guy who is learning to trust and build some confidence. I think I have come a long way since I was rescued but I still have work to do. I love people, even the little people who offer me gentle pets and cuddles. It makes my heart sing!I can be very playful with other dogs if I am introduced properly, otherwise, I am pretty shy. Cats are good too, I just ignore them.I am happy to play with toys but even a plastic water bottle can be fun, I am not too fussy. I am getting used to car rides, at first, I was very restless because it was scary but now I know what to expect so it is better. I like water, but I haven’t been to the beach yet, maybe that is something we can do together.I am just a young pup so I have plenty to learn about obedience, walking on a leash, and basic commands but if you have some patience I will learn quickly. All I want is to please you.If it sounds like we could be a family together then just fill out the application and we can meet on a Zoom call.Lots of love to give,Buba To get more information go to https://hope4lapawz.org/adopt and click on the dog's photo. Story
Hi, my name is Zar,I had a bit of a rough start in life, but things got better for me when my foster mom rescued me. I like to play with other dogs but when I get tired, I can get a bit grouchy. Children frighten me, so I have some memories there that I need to work on. Same thing as playing with balls, it reminds me of when I had stones thrown at me. I spend most of my time in the yard, even going into the house is scary for me. I do my business outside in the same place all the time but if I was in the house I don’t think I would know how to tell you I needed to go out.I will need a lot of love and patience so I can build some confidence. We went to the beach the other day and it was a new experience that I would love to get used to. I know I can be a great dog for the right people. If you are looking for an adult dog that you can work with to teach him how to be the best dog, then I think we could be a family. Just fill in an application and we can meet on a Zoom call. Lots of Love to share.Zar To get more information go to https://hope4lapawz.org/adopt and click on the dog's photo. There you will see any videos, more photos and details.
