2-years-old, smart, snuggly, strong-willed, 35 lbs! Will need savvy, experienced human support learning how to be around other dogs again, been a solo dog the last year and a half. 3 week board and train & some solo training. Balance trained. He has a water drinking behavior and takes desmopressin to retain fluid (every 6 hours during the day), but this seems to be slowly stabilizing. Insured through Trupanion, has established vet care in Seattle and had loads of tests done in internal medicine which determined his water drinking and urination is behavioral (polydipsia/polyuria). He is house-trained and walks to the door to go out. He has been cared for, loved, and currently adored. 90% there with fetch, walks perfectly on leash, decent recall, kennel trained. Knows: no, up, down, sit, off, leave it, let's go, here. Up to date with all vaccines. Can hike or snuggle all day, just tell him what his job is. In short, Pony is an amazing, intelligent, loving, fun dog!

** Currently fostered in Houston Texas, but available for adoption out of state via rescue transportation, included in adoption fee. Offer Zoom call to virtually meet prior to adoption. Meet Barkley! This sweet baby wandered up on someone's property. He was wearing a harness on that had the brand name boots and barkley, so that's where the finder got his name. Barkley was chipped, but unfortunately it was not registered. It shows that he was adopted in January2023, and that he is estimated about 5 years of age. He currently weighs around 55 lbs and we believe him to be a border collie/cattle dog mix. He has energy and he loves to run and play, but can be a couch potato too. His favorite thing in the world is to play fetch with a ball! Barkley likes other dogs if they are female, but has not been a fan of males. We believe it's from a lack of social time with other dogs because he doesn't come off as just an aggressive pup, he just seems like he was kept in a yard and ignored a lot of the time prior to rescue and may not be familiar with most dogs. Barkley clearly knows his basic commands, such as sit, kennel, shake and settle. He is highly toy and food motivated and responds wonderfully to focused training. With continued training, we could even see him being an agility pup! Barkley is crate trained, housebroken and does well on leash. He is fully vetted, meaning he us neutered, up to date on all vaccines, microchipped and on monthly preventions for flea, tick and heartworm. Hi, just call me Buba,I am just a little guy who is learning to trust and build some confidence. I think I have come a long way since I was rescued but I still have work to do. I love people, even the little people who offer me gentle pets and cuddles. It makes my heart sing!I can be very playful with other dogs if I am introduced properly, otherwise, I am pretty shy. Cats are good too, I just ignore them.I am happy to play with toys but even a plastic water bottle can be fun, I am not too fussy. I am getting used to car rides, at first, I was very restless because it was scary but now I know what to expect so it is better. I like water, but I haven’t been to the beach yet, maybe that is something we can do together.I am just a young pup so I have plenty to learn about obedience, walking on a leash, and basic commands but if you have some patience I will learn quickly. Hi, my name is Zar,I had a bit of a rough start in life, but things got better for me when my foster mom rescued me. I like to play with other dogs but when I get tired, I can get a bit grouchy. Children frighten me, so I have some memories there that I need to work on. Same thing as playing with balls, it reminds me of when I had stones thrown at me. I spend most of my time in the yard, even going into the house is scary for me. I do my business outside in the same place all the time but if I was in the house I don’t think I would know how to tell you I needed to go out.I will need a lot of love and patience so I can build some confidence. We went to the beach the other day and it was a new experience that I would love to get used to. I know I can be a great dog for the right people. MARTINA NEEDS FOSTER UNTIL WE CAN FIND HER FOREVER HOME. She is also available for adoption Martina is an very energetic, happy as can be 5mo old puppy that constantly has her little nub tail wagging! She currently weighs 25lbs and should be 40-45lbs when she’s full grown. She is a very social girl so an active home is a must. She loves to run, run, run so a fenced yard is also required. She would be the perfect companion for a family that does a lot of camping, hiking and maybe even some jogging. A farm where she can help coral the goats or livestock would be perfect! She loves meeting new people so a socially active home would be great, too. Martina is extremely smart so she must have lots of training games to help her become a model k9citizen. She is doing great with her crate and house training, as long as she has frequent potty breaks. Martina thrives on her doggy play dates so another dog in the home or frequent play dates is a must . A heeler experienced home is also best.
