Story
Meet beautiful Luna! She was surrendered to the shelter along with her bestie, Nala, on 4/9 because their family is moving and also adding a baby. We're sad that these two lovely girls aren't able to join their family on this new adventure. Their former family did say that these girls are great with kids! They need more work on house training, but they're young and will learn quickly. The volunteers describe Luna and Nala as friendly, affectionate, curious, and playful. They're everything puppies should be! If you have the time and energy to add a puppy to your family, please come meet Luna and Nala! Luna is 8 months old, and she weighs 45 lbs. She is UTD on vaccines, and she will be spayed, microchipped, and heartworm tested upon adoption. Luna is waiting in run 850; her ID # is 656807. Note - all the listings on Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb are done by volunteers. If this cat or dog came in as a lost animal, we do not know how they might be with children, other pets, or if house trained. You can bring your pet to the shelter for a meet & greet with your potential new best friend. When inquiring about a cat or dog, please use THE ID NUMBER. Story
Hey there! Let me introduce you to Panda, your new best buddy! This two-year-old sweetheart is as well-behaved as they come, totally house-trained and overflowing with affection. Panda's a people person through and through, always up for some quality time with his human pals. Just a heads up, he's not a big fan of small cars and sometimes gets car sick on long rides, but put him in a truck, and he's all smiles! He's on the lookout for a home where he can stretch his legs and have a blast with kids or other doggos.

Story
Sweet loving dog needs a forever home! We can’t keep her because we don’t have the time for her anymore and she barks a lot which wakes up our new baby. She also probably needs a home where she’s the only dog. She gets along with her sister most of the time, but I think she’d be happier in a home where she gets all of the attention. She’s the sweetest little cuddler ever. And she always greets us at the door with as many toys as she can fit in her mouth. She will be missed.

My two dogs had puppies before I could get them neutered / spayed so I was blessed with 9 puppies. I only have 3 left for adoption. Moo Moo (fluffy puppy), Panda (the one with one eye that’s black), and Eye patch (the one who has a little spot on one eye). If you’re looking to adopt more then one, you must get them neutered / spayed immediately so they don’t inbreed. It’s super dangerous for puppy’s to be inbreeds.

Story
Meet Caleb, a handsome 2-year-old male weighing 41 lbs. Caleb arrived at the shelter on March 24, 2024, after being found as a lost boy with no one to reclaim him. He's a gentle soul, a bit reserved but incredibly sweet once he warms up to you. Caleb is quite the obedient pup, knowing commands like sit, stay, shake, offer his paw, and lay down. He's currently residing at Run #54, eagerly awaiting his forever home. Caleb has been neutered and will be microchipped before adoption. He's up to date on his vaccines, and a heartworm test will also be conducted before his adoption is finalized. Don't miss the chance to bring this lovable guy into your life! His ID is 655453. Story
Introducing Princess! Age: 1.5 years old Breed: Golden Retriever/ Australian Shepherd mix Arrival Date: 3/23/2024 Meet Princess, a friendly, playful, and vocal 1.5-year-old Border Collie mix! Princess arrived with our other resident, Dutchess, and has made herself popular with her loving personality.  Behavior with Cats, Other Dogs, and Children Princess gets along well with other dogs and children, making her a great fit for family households. Her interactions with cats are unknown, but given her friendly and playful nature, she could potentially adapt well with proper introductions.  Personality Princess is a friendly and playful Border Collie mix who isn't afraid to express herself vocally. She loves cuddles and enjoys sitting in laps, making her an excellent companion for families who enjoy an interactive and expressive pet. Despite her separation anxiety, Princess can, given time, adapt to her new home with a supportive and loving family.  Skills/Training Princess will need assistance adjusting to a new potty training schedule with her new family. Her friendly and vocal nature suggests she will respond positively to consistent and patient training methods.  Medical Princess is up to date on her vaccines, spayed, and microchipped, ensuring she's ready for a healthy start in her new home. Regular vet visits will be essential for maintaining her health and well-being.  Likes/Dislikes Princess loves cuddles, sitting in laps, and expressing herself vocally. On the other hand, she does not like being left alone and has separation anxiety. A household able to provide her with plenty of company and reassurance would be ideal for Princess. If you're seeking a friendly, playful, and vocal canine companion, Princess could be your perfect match. Fill out an application to meet Princess; this expressive Border Collie mix, with a bit of patience and a lot of love, might just be the lively addition your family has been waiting for! ##2000934##
