Story
Blaze is a very sweet torti with a striking stripe of orange down her nose. She is very gentle and loves all other kitties. Can you offer this precious girl a forever home? * With an approved application we transport to either Leesburg, VA or Germantown, MD. Our kitties are: Spayed/neutered (or provided a spay/neuter voucher for kittens too small for surgery), tested for Feline Leukemia and Feline Aids, up-to-date on vaccines (rabies vaccine when age appropriate and distemper series), treated for parasites, and have microchips. Tiny kittens go in pairs unless there's a companion animal already in the household. Our adoption fees are low. Most are $150 although some very desirable kitties may be more. For a pair, we reduce the adoption fee slightly.November 17, 2025, 11:46 am

Story
Harry is a friendly cat who loves food and enjoys a calm, relaxed lifestyle. He’s affectionate without being too demanding, often choosing to sit nearby rather than seek constant attention. However, Harry has a habit of chewing and eating small items made of silicone, foam, and plastic, so his home needs to be kept tidy and free of loose objects to keep him safe. With his easygoing nature and low energy, he’s well suited for a quiet home without young children, where he can lounge, snack, and enjoy gentle companionship.

Story
It pains me to part ways with this beautiful kitty of 10 years. She has become increasingly territorial and aggressive with my other cat over the last few years. Her personality goes from cuddly and loving, to hissing, growling, and pinned ears the moment he is in sight. I have a 2 bedroom condo so there is not much respite or sanctuary for her. At this point, I can tell that she is very unhappy here. Strongly recommend that any adoptee should be a peaceful, single pet home with no other dogs or cats. She is very stand offish with strangers initially, but is highly food motivated and responds well to bribes with treats! She has some minor teeth issues so she needs wet food exclusively.

Story
We adopted Sugar about two weeks ago (the adoption has already been finalized and she is microchipped in our name). When we brought her home, we weren’t sure how she would do around our toddler. From the moment she arrived, she has been incredibly sweet, gentle, and patient. She has been very kind to our son and remarkably tolerant of him. Unfortunately, our toddler is still learning how to be gentle with animals. As much as we are trying to teach him, we feel that at this stage it may simply be too early for us to have a pet in the home. Our biggest concern is Sugar’s safety and wellbeing—we would never want her to be accidentally hurt or to develop fear or stress around children. Sugar truly is a wonderful, affectionate cat and she deserves a calm environment where she can feel completely safe and loved. This has been a very difficult decision for us because she really is such a sweet cat, but we want to do what is best for her.

Forrest and  his siblings were found dumped beside a rural road when a kind passersby collected them. They are all young and playful. They must go in pairs or in a home with an age appropriate playmate  *Our kitties are: Spayed/neutered (or provided a spay/neuter voucher for kittens too small for surgery), combo tested for Feline Leukemia and Feline Aids, up-to-date on vaccines (rabies vaccine when age appropriate), treated for parasites, and most have microchips. Story
Little Chaos came to us with a bundle of little kittens. She was a wonderful mom and all her precious little ones went to homes. Now, Chaos is ready for her forever home. She has a wonderful personality and is an all around great kitty but is not very tolerant of other cats given her need to fiercely protect her babies in the environment she came from. She may accept another cat in the household but we suggest she will be best as an only cat. Can you love this sweet and loving girl? * With an approved application we transport to either Leesburg, VA or Germantown, MD. Our kitties are: Spayed/neutered (or provided a spay/neuter voucher for kittens too small for surgery), tested for Feline Leukemia and Feline Aids, up-to-date on vaccines (rabies vaccine when age appropriate and distemper series), treated for parasites, and have microchips.
