Story
We welcomed Fritzy into our lives six years ago. He was part of a litter up for adoption in Yelm, WA. He likes to play-bite your finger, and enjoys chewing on fake birds. Fritzy needs an experienced trainer because he likes to jump onto counter tops, and to use his claws. When he was very young, he didn't get enough food, so he over-eats if he has access to unlimited food. Fritzy does best one-to-one with his owner. He is very affectionate.

Story
Muffy spent most of her life in a very quiet home with minimal human interaction. Because the world is brand new to her, she is still extremely shy and hesitant about receiving attention. However, she is never hostile; she is simply waiting for a gentle person who understands that building her confidence will take time. She is looking for a calm, serene environment where she can take things entirely at her own pace. Muffy has even started showing occasional curiosity toward other cats through the doorway! With a peaceful home and a gentle heart, you can be the one to safely guide Muffy into her brave new chapter. The Seattle Animal Shelter is committed to reducing length of stay for all of our shelter pets! Some pets qualify for FREE or reduced adoption fees, please inquire with our Animal Care team to learn more. Story
Ms. Missy is a quiet, gentle 5-year-old girl who is slowly blossoming in foster care. Once happiest tucked away in her hiding cubby, she now prefers relaxing in the living room, napping on her scratching pad, or curling up on her foster mom’s feet. She enjoys treats, ear scratches, and absolutely loves Churus. She can still be easily startled, so Ms. Missy would thrive in a calm, patient home where she can continue building confidence at her own pace. The Seattle Animal Shelter is committed to reducing length of stay for all of our shelter pets!
