Meet Rosie – Ready for Her Forever Family! Rosie is a playful, 2-year-old cat who’s had her share of motherhood, raising two beautiful litters of kittens. Now, it’s her turn to be the one pampered and loved! Rosie is eager to leave her “mom duties” behind and embrace her playful kitten side in a home that’s ready to shower her with love and attention. She’s a spirited girl who loves to play—her favorite activities include chasing wand toys and scaling the highest point of the cat tree. Rosie would thrive in a home with older children who can match her energy and enjoy playtime together. However, she prefers to be the only pet in the household, as she likes all the attention to herself. If you're looking for a fun-loving, active cat who’s ready to be the queen of your home, Rosie might just be the perfect fit. Come meet this sweet girl and let her bring her playful spirit into your life! This pet is located in Houston, TX. After you fill out the application, and become an approved adopter, we will schedule a virtual meet and greet with the foster and Rosie. After that, we will make arrangements to have the pet transported by van or flown to the Seattle area. Transport costs are included in the adoption fee and there is no additional costs to adopter. The process of arranging the travel and getting the animal here, on average, takes 2-4 weeks, depending on availability of the transporters and your availability to meet them. We understand this process is not as easy as walking into a shelter and immediately adopting a pet, but getting animals out of Houston and the surrounding areas is the only viable chance many of them have, so we appreciate your understanding. We do not accept ANY adoption fees ahead of the pet's arrival, until the pet is with you. We also understand adopting a pet you have not seen in person can be a bit worrisome, especially if other animals are involved. During the adoption process we do our best to convey the personality and allowances of each pet. This is where the foster's involvement is vital. The fosters have the animals often for an extended period of time, and have gotten to know them well. In saying that, not everything is predictable. If things are not what you expect, we have resources on the Seattle side to take the animal back. If possible, we would appreciate, if the situation allows, for you to foster the pet until a new home is found. If that is not possible, we also understand that, and will take them back regardless. Rosie is up to date on vaccinations, has tested negative for FIV/FeLV and is has been spayed. Her adoption fee is 195.00

Pippa’s story began in a rough place — she was found alone in a run-down area, crying in the brush, hungry and scared. But even then, this sweet little 5 month old girl showed her brave spirit and trusting heart. She welcomed her rescuers right away, and since then, she’s blossomed into the happiest, most loving kitten in her foster home. Pippa is a pretty and peppy little girl who adores playtime! She loves chasing her catnip mice, batting around plastic coil toys, and going wild for her favorite “chase the wand” game. Strings are her absolute delight (supervised, of course!), and she’ll happily play until she’s all tuckered out. After her play sessions, she’ll curl up in your lap, perch on your shoulder, and purr the instant you scoop her up. She’s affectionate, joyful, and full of love — the perfect combination of playful kitten energy and sweet companion. When she puts a paw up to caress your face and her beautiful golden eyes meet yours, you know you’ve got a lifelong soulmate!
