You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Our website has information about our rescue, adoption process and link to our adoption application www.collarofhope.org  We are a foster home based rescue and have no facility to visit.  Some of our kitties can be seen at our PetSmart partner store in Gig Harbor and it will be noted on their profile if they are at this public location.  Rocky is a gorgeous younger boy looking for a family who will keep him safe inside.  He was found while someone was glamping at a cabin with no other cabins or homes anywhere around.  No owner was found so we're giving him a chance for a forever family.  Due to his occasional play style, it's best if there are older kids or no kids in the family.  He is not aggressive but gets carried away while playing sometimes is all.    Prior to adoption, as a minimum,  our animals are spay/neutered, vaccinated age appropriate (will need additional vaccines in some cases), parasite treated/prevented and micro-chipped.  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.July 17, 2025, 2:19 pm

Luna started life in a barn after her parents pulled a classic “drop and dash,” but don’t worry — she’s moved on. This April 2024 baby has decided she’s destined for bigger things (like your couch and your heart). Luna is equal parts snuggle bug and chaos gremlin. She loves attention, zoomies, and making dramatic entrances. Toys don’t stand a chance around her — she’s got Olympic-level paw-eye coordination and takes her playtime seriously. When she’s not showing off her moves, she’ll curl up for snuggles and remind you she’s still the sweetest little barn rescue ever. She’s met dogs of various sizes and mostly gives them the polite “oh, you again?” glance. In other words, she’s too busy being fabulous to start drama. Luna is spayed, litter-box trained, and fully ready to move into her forever home — preferably one with humans who admire her energy, humor, and world-class snuggle skills. If you’re looking for a cat who’s equal parts entertainer and cuddle partner, Luna’s your girl.

Heya, peeps. I am the one, the only, the incomparable Muffin! I'm really looking forward to meeting you! Around my foster home I'm known for a tail that periscopes at happy things like good food and good people, as well as when I'm freaked right out (mainly enthusiastic toddler related rn. ;) ) When the tail goes up and the fur is slick, I'm prance gliding my way over, purring the whole time. In fact, my favorite hoomans get me purring with just a grin. I might be a pint sized beauty queen, but I'm no diva. I'm known for being gentle, cozy and easy for everyone to adore. I'm good at independent play but will also chase a wire like a madwoman and live for the pounce. Give me a snuggly shoulder to cuddle into and I'm giving and receiving Heaven vibes! I’m 6 months old, healthy, litter-trained, and on up-to-date flea and heartworm meds.
