Ocho reportedly came from a litter of 8--hence, the name. I adopted him from a friend who had 22 cats running around her place. He is now 5 years old. He is attached to his (probable) cousin, Cielo. I intended to have him be an inside only cat, but he and his cousin were too smart for me and had already been indoor-outdoor cats when I got them at 9 weeks of age. I didfn't succeed in keeping them inside. I am hoping to find a home for the two of them. Ocho likes to come and go many times a day--outside, inside, back outside during the day, especially in nice weather, but almost always comes in at night. He is affectionate and cuddly. I think he would have trouble adapting to being a fulltime inside cat and that's why I am surrendering him.

Hi! My name is Kora and I am available for adoption.I was brought in by my previous owner on April 20th, 2023 because I was not getting along with the other cat in the home. I lived in a home with adults. My previous owner described me as shy, and loving. I have been adopted and returned twice because I was a bit too shy. I may be shy when I first meet you, but once I feel safe with you I have a lot of love to give! Please give me cheek scratches, but avoid petting near my tail area! I`m also not a fan of being picked up, but I will crawl on to your lap after a long day and work and cuddle up!I am an independent kitty who likes to do my own thing!My caregivers have noticed that I do not seem to get along with other cats, so I may do best as the only cat in my new home.Because of my shy nature, I would do best in a calm, quiet home.I am a gentle and loving cat who likes to take things slow. I`ve been adopted a couple of times and have been returned for my unpredictable behavior.I am a cat that loves people and food, but ONLY on my terms. I can get overstimulated with petting, so please move carefully with me and keep an eye out for signs that I might need a break.
