Story
Earl is the sweetest cat. He loves to cuddle and play. He is super sweet with people, he actively will seek you out to be with you. He does very well with dogs and female cats however he gets territorial with male cats. He does have some issues with getting to the litter box but he has a clean bill of health from multiple vets. he does well with groups of people and soaks up all the attention he’ll get. He is an absolute wonderful cat.

Story
Mister is six years old and belongs to my sister-in-law in Burien, WA. She's in the hospital in Seattle and is transitioning to home hospice care in Arizona where my wife and I live. My sister-in-law actually has three cats, and my wife and I are planning to bring two of her cats with us while we care for her. However, Mister is an outdoor cat that comes and goes to my sister-in-law's apartment to eat and sleep when he wants. While we can take-in her two indoor cats, Mister really needs a home--or farm--where he can go outside. I don't really endorse letting pets roam freely in urban or suburban areas, but apparently Mister's current home borders a wooded area, and he has managed to survive and thrive for many years in this environment. All three cats remain in her apartment for now. We will be in Seattle beginning 16 August, possibly returning to Arizona by 26 August. We could facilitate an adoption beginning around 17 or 18 August and extending to around 26 August.

Story
Meet Scar 🐾Scar was born in April 2023 and is truly an amazing cat. He is calm, affectionate, incredibly smart, and has a goofy, playful personality that makes everyone fall in love with him.Rehoming him is one of the hardest decisions I’ve had to make. I recently had a baby and can no longer give him the time and attention he deserves. Rather than keeping him in a situation where I can’t fully meet his needs, I want to find him a loving home where he can thrive.Scar deserves a family who will appreciate his sweet, loving nature as much as we do. He will come with his automatic self-cleaning litter box.My only goal is to find him a home that will love him as much as we have. ❤️Additional info: ( He can be clingy when comfortable, and he is 20Ibs)

Story
HEARTWARMING RESCUE STORY DOB 8/26/22 Hey there, everyone! I'm Lollis, a very affectionate, delightful, playful “torbie” gal which means that I'm a brown tabby with patches of peach that makes me look like I was splashed with caramel in a candy factory. I can't get enough time to spend with Foster Meowmy, so I sleep with her and am always asking her for cuddles, especially when I don't have to compete with the resident cats for her attention. Although my independent, freedom-loving spirit has proven helpful in dealing “as needed” with the dogs, other cats, and kids in my foster home, my innate friskiness has made me a perfect companion for those same kids. I’ve been very bonded to Foster Meowmy ever since she spotted me at her jobsite as a seven-month-old stray kitten who had no momma or siblings in sight. Realizing that Foster Meowmy was my ticket to a life that was better than dumpster diving, I wasted no time and ran up to her. She scooped me up and drove home with me cuddled in her lap. Yes, our special connection began on that unforgettable journey. To this day, in those cherished moments when I need a little snuggle, it’s Foster Meowmy to whom I turn when I seek cuddling. I hope that my heartwarming rescue story has touched your heart. Yes, I chose Foster Meowmy, and now it's time for you to choose me to be your next feline companion. I want to become an integral part of your life and make every day an adventure worth sharing. Arrange to meet me today, and let's form a bond that's unbreakable! Incidentally, there are advantages to adopting a gal like me who’s past the stage of kitten mayhem. I’m much less likely to cause chaos in your home or break any of your family heirlooms. HOPE ID 23-1014-A047 Lollis is currently in the Houston, Texas area but can be transported to this location upon adoption. The $325 adoption fee includes transport, health certificate, spay/neuter, basic vaccines, microchip and registration, testing for FIV/FeLV, negative fecal test, and preventative treatment against fleas and parasites. This tiny, fuzzy void kitten is Asteroid Destroyer!TOO LONG, DIDN’T READ - SUMMARY:* Adoption Application: https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/ROSE/Cat* Our rescue is located in Houston, TX, and we transport our babies to wonderful adopters in the Northeast, Pacific Northwest, and locations along those routes. Transport cost is included in the adoption fee.* Adoption fee (< 6 months old) is $425---What can we say about Asteroid Destroyer? He's got a big name for an extremely tiny kitten. At least, we think he's a kitten. He's also part bunny, and has the uncanny ability to charm every single human on the planet. Everyone who meets him immediately falls in love, and you will too!Asteroid Destroyer strikes a balance between playful, mischievous, cuddly, sweet, and sassy. He loves running around the house with a toy in his mouth, growling adorably if you try and take it away. He is by far the tiniest kitten in his foster home, but that doesn't stop him from being right in the middle of the action - he'll wrestle and play with everyone! At the end of a busy day being a kitten, Asteroid Destroyer absolutely loves to sleep in a "cuddle puddle" with a few of his kitten buddies, or snuggle up in bed with his foster mom. Even though he's insanely photogenic with his perfectly round and fuzzy face, shiny black fur, and little bear cub paws... photos just don't do him justice! There's something special about Asteroid Destroyer and we're so excited to find him the perfect family who will love his quirky personality! We just know he's going to bring someone a ton of joy <3 ---Asteroid Destroyer is a very social little guy and will thrive if adopted with one of his foster siblings or to a home with a friendly and playful resident kitty. He's never met a dog, but with his fearless personality we think he'll do just fine with a new, respectful pup sibling (after proper introductions of course). Priority will be given to applicants interested in adopting a pair of kittens, siblings, or who have patient, playful resident cats or dogs at home. Information on why adopting two kittens together is best for their short- and long-term health and behavior can be found here:http://www.kittenlady.org/twokittens---Asteroid Destroyer is 2.5 months old, neutered, microchipped, and up to date on age-appropriate vaccines. He does a great job of keeping his litterbox tidy... all he needs now is the perfect home! The adoption application can be found here:
https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/ROSE/Cat

Asteroid Destroyer is currently in Houston, Texas but can be transported to the Northeast, the Pacific Northwest, or locations along these routes.

ABOUT OUR ADOPTION FEES:

Our adoption fees include spay/neuter, vaccinations, microchipping, and transportation costs. Also, when you adopt from ROSES Rescues, you’re doing more than giving your new family member a home. Each adoption fee sponsors a cat on the streets of Houston to get fixed, helping end the cycle of overpopulation in a rough environment. We thank you so much for your contribution to our efforts!
