They are siblings and we got them 3 weeks after they were born. Tasha (White) is a female and Loki (Tuxedo) is a male. They have just turned 1 as of May. They’ve bonded and we’d love if they were adopted together. We’ve realized we couldn’t give them the level of care they truly need like vet visits and vaccines. We’re hoping that we could find a family that can give them that and their love. They are the sweetest and smartest cats.

Her ear was already notched so someone cared enough to fix her. But upon a closer look, Misha could barely open her mouth, she had severe mouth issues, her fur was missing and she was severely underweight. Her rescuers negotiated with the feeders to surrender Misha to them and after a long 30 days, they finally agree. And thereafter began Misha’s long journey to how you see her now. Her mouth and teeth were in such horrible condition, it took 3 months of tube-feeding and steroids to bring the inflammation down far enough to do dental work. It was a long process, but was all worth it when we see how good Misha looks now.She is playful, loves her toys — plays with it in spurts of energy. She still loves kitten kibble, but also loves her wet pates. She is fine with other cats, tries to make friends, but she is picky. She doesn’t like any cat up in her face and will let them know she likes her space. She loves to be petted and will come to you and ask for it. She is not a lap cat. She does not like being picked up too much, except to lead her to food.She loves scratching things, loves a good basket and bed to curl up in and will lounge all day long until she hears or sees you petting another cat — then she will emerge for affection. Misha will do great in a home with other cats, where you’re not looking for a clingy cat, but one that does seek your affection.Misha is spayed, up to date on age-appropriate vaccines, microchipped, and in great health. She does a great job of keeping her litterbox tidy. All she needs now is her forever home! Meet Harrison! 🖤 SUMMARY * Adoption Application: https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/ROSE/Cat * Harrison will take time and patience to fully open up. * Harrison gives "love nips" when excited so may not be the best choice for small children. * He would love to be adopted with his equally-large and quirky buddy Rob. * Adoption Fee (cat > 1.5 yrs) is $315 and includes all vetting and cost of transport (we are located in Houston) Harrison is a big, handsome Bombay mix with an even bigger personality! With his gorgeous yellow-green eyes, impressive jumping skills, and goofy antics, he’s impossible not to love. He may look like a serious gentleman at first glance, but spend a little time with him and you’ll quickly discover the playful, affectionate, slightly silly cat hiding underneath that handsome exterior. He is a total goofball! Harrison spent the first few years of his life living underneath a local bar alongside several other cats. When the bar closed, Harrison and his friends suddenly had no one to care for or feed them. Thankfully, they were rescued and brought into foster care, where they received the veterinary care and love they needed. He was a little shy at first, but after spending time getting comfortable with indoor life he is ready for a permanent family. He's come such a long and blossomed into an absolute sweetheart! Once Harrison trusts you, he loves a good cheek scratch or butt scratch, and he may even roll over asking for belly rubs. He can get a little carried away when he’s excited and may give an occasional love nip, so he’s still learning some manners when it comes to expressing his affection. This can be a little alarming but it's not an aggressive bite - however he may not be the best pick for a household with small children! Harrison does have a few quirks that we expect will continue to improve with time, patience, love, and the stability of a forever home. He isn’t a fan of being picked up, and he can become nervous when someone looms over him. He does best when given the opportunity to approach people on his own terms, or if he is approached when he’s on a perch (just a little higher up than the floor!) With a little patience and respect for his boundaries, Harrison is a wonderful companion and a perfect little gentleman. And despite his size, Harrison is still a kitten at heart when it comes to playtime! Wand toys are his absolute favorite, and his eyes light up when he sees one. He’s also a big fan of wet food and Churu treats and will happily come investigate whenever the “good stuff” makes an appearance. He isn’t an overly chatty guy, but when he’s getting especially good pets, he may reward you with a few adorable little chirps. Harrison is very close with his buddy Rob, a creamy-grey tabby boy who is equally large and quirky. If you have room in your home (and heart!) for both of these boys, we'd love to see them adopted together. Harrison’s journey has taken a little longer than some, and that’s okay. He may need several weeks (or even more) to feel comfortable in a new environment. He hasn’t had the easiest start in life, but he is a true ray of sunshine once he knows he’s safe. We know the right person will understand that earning Harrison’s trust is a process, and we promise he is worth every bit of patience. Captain is the sweetest and most loving companion you could ever ask for. He was given to me when he was two years old and I have had him for 6 years. He loves to cuddle, chin scratches and butt pats are his favorite forms of affection. He's a very active cat and communicative when his food bowl is empty. He loves catching all the creepy crawly critters around the house so you'll always have in home pest control. He loves his window hammock and basking in the sunbeams while he takes his naps and can sometimes be found burrowing under the blankets. He's been raised with other cats and his best friend has been a dog for the past 6 years, so he will fit well with any blended pet family! His previous home had a house with 3 kids and he absolutely adored them and was often found sleeping next to them at night. He would also do well as a single cat if this is your first time adopting!
