Story
Thumper is a bright, bustling girl, approximately 5 years of age. She has the classic stocky tabby body but with a unique bobbed tail, giving her the look of a mini-bobcat. Thumper is curious and confident with new people and warms up quickly, and will soon be chirping and doing dolphin-dives up to your hand for scritches. Thumper has medium energy, and loves attention and chasing her favorite cat wand. She also loves all things that radiate warmth, and adores curling up in a warm bed or in front of a fireplace. She is quickly learning to be a lap cat, and at night has been known to share her person`s pillow. Thumper was an owner surrender after being turned outdoors by her previous family. Thumper has suspected asthma for which she needs daily medication, and will require ongoing veterinary monitoring for this condition. She`ll need a non-smoking, indoor-only home. Thumper will be happiest as an only pet - she can be quite bossy with other cats, bordering on bullying. She can also get a bit feisty if overstimulated during play, and thus will do best in a calm home without small or rambunctious kids. It is not known how she would respond to dogs. Thumper would love to meet you and your household members! She is currently in foster care in a home in Lake Forest Park (near Shoreline). To learn more about Thumper or to set up a meet and greet, please fill out the Foster Adoption Interest E-form or contact the foster parent directly at jen.dunnaway at gmail dot com, or by text at 607 244 4288.

Story
I adopted Grey and his brother Earl when they were little kittens and have had them for 8 great years. Grey loves to cuddle at night to sleep or sit in your lap while you’re working. Neither have ever scratched me on purpose, only when I play with toys and forget they have claws. They will also let you trim their nails without a fight. Just sit criss cross and lay them on the back with tummies up and they’ll let you trim away. I’d really love for them to be adopted together. They’ve lived their whole lives together and I wouldn’t want to split them up. My partner is allergic and I’m now pregnant and can’t give them the attention they deserve. They’re very loving affection cats and deserve the same from their humans.

Had him since he was 6 months. He loves to be loved. He is quite vocal. Is not a fan of being alone for long periods of time. Very gentle. Plays well with other animals. I just want him to find his perfect family. I believes senior or remote worker would be the best fit.

Meet Bock -- A Little Survivor With a Big Heart Adoption Application: https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/ROSE/ Bock is everything you'd hope for in a kitten: playful, curious, and full of energy. He loves batting at toys, wrestling with other cats, and investigating every nook and cranny. He is a shy boy but super sweet and warms up quickly and would do best in a quiet home. This adorable tuxedo has already overcome a rough start to life! He and his siblings-along with their brave mama-were left in a box outside an apartment complex. Thankfully, now this sweet little guy is safe, thriving, and looking for his forever home. It could be you!! Bock is ~6 months old, neutered, up to date on age-appropriate vaccines, microchipped, and in great health. He does a great job of keeping his litterbox tidy. All he needs now is a forever home! He has never met a dog, but with slow introductions to a calm, cat-savvy pup, we think he could learn to love a new dog friend. ---- The adoption application can be found here: https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/ROSE/Cat Bock is currently in Houston, Texas but can be transported to the Northeast, the Pacific Northwest, or locations along these routes. ——— ABOUT OUR ADOPTION FEES: When you adopt from ROSES Rescues, you're doing more than giving your new family member a home. Each adoption fee pays for a cat on the streets of Houston to get fixed, helping end the cycle of overpopulation in a rough environment. We thank you so much for your contribution to our efforts! To learn more about our TNR (Trap / Neuter / Return) efforts, please follows us on Instagram @roses_rescues_htx.

Story
I am a sweet kitten who may need extra time and attention to warm up to new situations and new people. When I was a wee little one, I was not taught how nice and friendly people can be, but I am learning quickly! Though I may be timid at first, once you take the time to show me I can trust you I will show you just how wonderful I can be. I am playful with my litter mates and independently with my toys. I  enjoy pets, am litter box trained, and am excited to see the big world! You can visit me at the Pet Adoption Center on weekdays from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm, Saturdays and Sundays from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm.The Pet Adoption Center is located at 21615 64th Ave S, Kent, WA 98032.
