Story
Cisco  is a playful, affectionate, happy little guy who enjoys chasing balls (his favorite) or small plushy toys, sofa cuddle time, long walks, playing at the dog park, treats, and mealtimes. He needs a little time to build trust with his humans before his wonderfully sweet and cuddly personality comes out. The short wait is so worth it! Energy Level?  Medium  House trained?  Yes Describe how they are on a leash?   Cisco  pulls a bit on the leash, but otherwise does very well.  Describe how they are with other dogs?  He generally ignores other dogs at first, but when he encounters one he feels comfortable with, he initiates play. If  Cisco  feels the other dog has crossed a boundary by playing too roughly, he will try to correct them. He's small but mighty! Have they been around cats or other animals? How were they?  He's good with respectful dogs. He has met one dod savvy cat, and he initially barked at him.  Commands they know? Sit What are their favorite things?  Playing fetch with balls (his favorite) or small plushy toys, sofa cuddle time, long walks, playing at the dog park, treats, and mealtimes. What do they need to work on?  Building confidence with new people, and would benefit from more obedience training. He is a very smart little guy and would learn quickly. How are they when left alone? How long have they been left alone?  He's fine being left alone. He will sleep.  Where do they sleep?  He is fine sleeping in a crate or just on a bed on the floor. What is their ideal home?  He would do well in a quiet, adult-only household, either as an only dog or with other respectful dogs. Cisco is 6 years old and 7 pounds. Story
Darla has come a long way from her rough past and is finally starting to blossom. She can still be a little hesitant and shy at times, but her wagging tail shows the happy girl she truly is inside. With patience and kindness, she’s learned that people can be friends—going from being fearful to now offering sweet kisses and nose boops. Darla especially lights up for treats (turkey is her favorite!) and greets us with excitement whenever we walk through the door. Energy Level?low House trained?yes Describe how they are on leash?she loves going on walks. she loves to sniff but doesn't pull, she'll trot along happily next to you Describe how they are with other dogs?likes playing with the resident Chihuahua, doesn't seem bothered by other dogs she sees Have they been around cats or other animals? How were they?doesn't show interest. not sure about cats but I'm sure she wouldn't care  Commands they know?nothing really  What are their favorite things?going on walks and eating food What do they need to work on?barking at people, peeing when we go to put the leash on (does a nervous small pee) How are they when left alone? How long have they been left alone?totally fine, just relaxes and sleeps. might steal some clothes and bring to her bed Where do they sleep?in a large crate, she's very happy to run in and be in a safe space  What is their ideal home? Darla is a relatively easy to manage dog and doesn't need a lot of attention, but she would do great in a home that can give her time to get settled and that can work with her on her barking and small fears. She's a very sweet girl who's still nervous of new people so it would be good to be somewhere that doesn't have constant new people coming in and out. She doesn't need a dog companion but would probably benefit from having one that can show her people are OK and to keep her comfortable October 19, 2025, 4:03 am

Story
Atti  is a very playful young dog.  He loves toys and is highly praise-motivated.  He loves people and other dogs. Energy Level?  High House trained?  About 90% Describe how they are on a leash?  Amazing.   Atti  walks to the left and one step behind.  The only time he needs correction is if he gets excited to see another dog. However, if you say his name he gets back to heel. Describe how they are with other dogs?  Overall good.  He is young and full of energy, so he sometimes annoys the resident middle-aged dog.  There was only one tiff over chew sticks. Have they been around cats or other animals? How were they?  unknown Commands they know?  Nothing 100%, but he seems to know "No," "Leave it," "Down," and "Off."  He responds to them about 60-70% of the time, and I know he could learn other things easily with time and focus. What are their favorite things?  He loves toys, playing fetch, and curling up under a blanket on the couch.  And in general, just positive attention. What do they need to work on? Atti will take things off the tables if he can reach them.   He is also a chewer.  He hasn't chewed anything he isn't supposed to, but he will need chews and toys.   How are they when left alone? How long have they been left alone?  He's been left alone for a few hours at a time in an exercise pen.  He has a little separation anxiety and does cry at least when I leave and when he hears you come home until you let him out. Where do they sleep?  In an exercise pen in another room.  On the first couple of nights, he cried for about an hour, but since then, he has settled in easily.  I know he would love to sleep in the room with you if you'd allow it. What is their ideal home?   Atti  loves attention and is high-energy.  He'd do well in a home with one or more people who could spend a lot of time with him playing, going on multiple walks, and even just hanging out.  He does like other dogs and will play with them as well. Story
Age: Around 9 years old Weight: 11 Pounds I've had Lulu since middle school and he has been such a fun and loving part of my life. I'm moving away for college soon and there is no one at home who can give him the time and care he deserves. I'm hoping to find Lulu a wonderful home where he will have space to play and people who will love him. Lulu is energetic, friendly, and super playful. He loves being around people and always brings good energy wherever he goes. He is also very close with my other dog Nunu, and they have grown up together as great companions. It would be great if they could be adopted together, but Lulu will do just fine on his own too as long as he is loved and cared for.
