**Meet Max Saturday, February 14th from 10 to 1 at Dublin Petsmart west, 6960 Amador Plaza Rd.** Come and meet MAX! He is a wonderful dog who will add happiness and joy to your life!!! He is a white, 4-year-old Chihuahua who weighs only 6 pounds. Named after the character, Max, in the movie, "How The Grinch Stole Christmas", he is loyal and nice and has been a terrific companion to his foster family. He is housebroken, happy, friendly (with people and dogs), eats well, sleeps quietly in his crate, and is ready to greet each day with joy!!! First thing, he will jump on your lap for tummy rubs and will lick your face several times. Then he's ready for his walk around the neighborhood. Max is neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. /meet Daisy 🌼 — the Chihuahua Mix with Reindeer Legs & a Whole Lot of Love Daisy is a 4-year-old Chihuahua mix who was adopted from a local shelter as a tiny 3-month-old pup and has been deeply loved ever since. She’s tall for a Chihuahua (think mini reindeer 🦌), and her sweet personality makes her just as special as her looks. Daisy is up for adoption through us after her loving mom made the incredibly difficult decision to rehome her — through no fault of Daisy’s own. This decision was made with Daisy’s best interest at heart, and she is ready to find a new forever family to love her just as much. Like many Chihuahuas, Daisy can be shy when first meeting new people and may take a moment to warm up. Once she does, she’s an absolute sweetheart who forms strong bonds with her people. She prefers a calmer social circle and is not a fan of cats or larger dogs, but she does well with smaller dogs. Daisy loves toys and treats, and she’s very particular about mealtime — she eats in her kennel with the door closed (a girl appreciates her routine!). She is spayed and has made great progress with leash walking; while it wasn’t her favorite thing at first, she’s now doing wonderfully with patience and consistency. Riker is a 12 pound neutered male who is about eight months old. He will need regular brushing to keep his medium coat looking great. I did give his fluffy feet a little trim, but he will not require hair cuts. He is very friendly and affectionate but needs a minute to warm up with new people. In his previous home he spent all his time in a crate. He's thriving in his foster home and building confidence every day. He loves toys and other dogs. He spent his first night in a home with a cat and did fine, but we don't have a cat in his foster home. Small kids still make him nervous, so kids in a new home need to be 12 or older. He is being crate trained and we recommend continuing that to become fully house broken. He's doing very well so far. He walks well on a leash and will be a good walking companion. If you think you are up for the commitment of training this adorable dog please submit an application for adoption. He is ready to to go to a new home now. Please note, if you don't receive a return call within a few days, assume Joey has found his forever home.
