Story
FOSTER CARE! Hi there! My name is Nieve and I'm a spayed, 1-year-old, Chihuahua mix that currently weighs about 14lbs. I'm a total sweetheart that's still learning about the great big world. I'm hoping for a family that is prepared to broaden my horizons and build by social skills. I start off on the shy side, but if you give me time to get comfortable, I become very affectionate! I love being in laps, but will need to learn how to share the love. I would do best in a home with teens and older. I'd also love to be an 'only child,' but if you have a dog, please be sure to bring him or her in so we can get acquainted before I officially join the family. For more information about me, just ask Customer Service about Nieve! ID #A978050 From my foster 'Nieve is an affectionate girl who is gradually discovering how wonderful the world can be. Though she has a shy side, she is incredibly bonded to her people. She has the most adorable morning routine: she’ll stand on her hind legs to greet you and loves to hold hands by reaching out her paw when you offer yours. She is looking for a patient home where she can continue to grow and share her endless love.' Sign up to meet me! Woof Woof- I'm Gordo! I am a 5-month-old, neutered male, Min Pin/Chihuahua that currently weighs around 11lbs. I will be about 15lbs when fully grown. I start out a bit reserved when meeting new folks, but with some yummy treats, kind words, and patience you will have me literally eating out of your hand in no time! I am looking for a family that will help continue my canine education, so I can be the best little man ever! Since I am still learning about the world, I prefer to live with teens and older. I absolutely love dogs and I would love to meet the entire family, including any resident dogs before joining my new pack. Do I sound like the bee's knees? Story
Izzy is a sweet 11-year-old Chihuahua mix searching for her perfect retirement home. She is affectionate yet independent—an ideal companion for someone looking for a loyal, low-maintenance friend. Izzy enjoys quiet days spent sunbathing, receiving gentle belly rubs, and indulging in her favorite treats. A true homebody, Izzy prefers a calm, peaceful environment. She would thrive as the only pet in an adult-only home, where she can enjoy a relaxed routine without the stress of children or other animals. She is dog selective but may be ok with a docile male dog. Izzy is healthy, spayed, and up to date on all her vaccinations. She's ready to brighten your life with her loving presence. If you’re looking for a loyal friend to share quiet moments and warm sunshine, Izzy may be the perfect match. Contact us to learn more about Izzy today!

Story
With his soulful brown eyes and the most charming little eyebrows, Joey is a heart-stealer just waiting to meet his forever family. This adorable 2-year-old Chihuahua may be a little hesitant to warm up to strangers—especially men—but once he feels safe, he’s ready to snuggle up and shower his favorite people with love. Joey is especially comfortable with women and would do best in a calm, patient home where his adopter can help him continueto build confidence. Sweet, cuddly, and full of charm, Joey loves spending cozy time with his person and gets along well with other friendly dogs. He is a great leash walker and very adventurous! Joey loves to explore the world. He equally loves playing fetch with his favorite squeaky ball and curling up on the couch with popcorn to watch a rainy-day movie. If you’re a woman looking for a loyal little companion, Joey is ready to fill your heart and home with happiness. Open your heart to this little lovebug, and he’ll reward you with a lifetime of joy, laughter, and unconditional love.

Story
6-year-old male Chihuahua. Loves people he knows, calm in home, likes soft blankets and laps. Not good with other pets and very territorial. Barks at unfamiliar people and sounds. Has nipped when scared or when face/feet are touched. Best in a single-pet, adult-only home with experienced dog owner. Needs someone who understands anxiety and will help him feel safe. Likes to play fetch with toys. If he goes out he will come back but he is not off leash trained so he will run after people or other animals. Has been around teenager kids & was okay. Toddlers not so much. He does get over protective. Overall he is a great dog just needs behavioral adjustments. I just want him in a good home.
