My name is Sydney and I am a 30 lb, 3 year old Mini Aussie mix, spayed, healthy, athletic, and FUN! I love people, food (all food, especially spinach!), and tennis balls. I also enjoy car rides, going to fun places (especially if you help me not feel overwhelmed by too many stranger dogs), playing fetch (best thing on the planet!), and crushed ice! My Faux Mom and I have been working really hard to get me ready for you! I have nice house manners, and am learning to have nice manners with other dogs. I live with a dog who tolerates my Mini Aussie herding style and the way I alert them to noises and squirrels! My dog friends need to give me a little space, and be OK with sharing all their toys. I eat in my crate so my dog friend doesn’t have to worry that I’ll eat all her food and we can both eat in peace. I sleep through the night in my crate, and am crated when no people are home, and I don’t mind that at all. I’m hoping for a home with a nice yard for ball play (do this enough, and I won’t need a lot of other exercise!) with no small animals (chasing is SO FUN!) and no small children (same reason). SWEET SWEET SWEET! Found as a stray dumped in the country. Amazingly, Finn has a great temperament and has been evaluated by an accredited behaviorist. He passed all his tests with flying colors. We are happy to share her evaluation with any prospective family. Finn is about 3 years old, neutered, current on vaccinations, hw negative and microchipped. He is learning about toys in his foster home and how to live inside. Finn LOVES people! He kissed the vet, the tech, and everyone in the waiting room at the vet clinic. Finn is very smart and catches on quickly to what you are teaching him. He will make a fabulous addition to the right family.
