🧡 Meet Choco 🧡 🐶 Name: Choco 📏 Weight: 15kg (33 lbs) 🎂 Age: 5 years old ⚥ Gender: Male (neutered) 🏥 Health Condition: No known medical issues 🐾 Breed: Welsh Corgi 🎨 Color: Brown & White 🐾 Rescue Story Choco was rescued in Korea after his former guardian, who had been diagnosed with a terminal illness, was no longer able to care for him and had to surrender him. He was at risk of being sent to a shelter, but thankfully, he was rescued just in time. He spent a month in a foster home in Korea where he did relatively well. Aside from some barking triggered by outdoor noises and needing caution with unfamiliar dogs, he showed no major issues. He was later adopted by a family in Vancouver, living on a nature-friendly island. The family had young children and frequently allowed off-leash activities. However, this environment turned out to be unsuitable for Choco. 💡 What Choco Needs Choco is looking for a family who understands the Welsh Corgi breed and can provide consistent leadership and training. He is intelligent, loyal, and eager to bond, but thrives best in a stable and structured environment. 🏡 Choco’s Ideal Home 👨‍👩 A household with no children 🐕 A home where Choco is the only pet 🏡 A detached house with some space from neighbors due to barking (not suitable for apartments or duplexes) 🌳 A securely fenced yard so Choco can exercise safely even when walks aren’t possible 🌲 A quiet suburban or rural environment is better than a high-stimulation city setting 🕒 A guardian who can dedicate time and effort to consistent training and guidance Choco isn’t the right fit for every home, but for the right person who understands his breed and can offer the guidance he needs, he’ll be a deeply devoted and loving companion. Please consider giving Choco the forever home he deserves. 💛

Story
Have you been searching for the best Burrito in LA?! Search no longer, because he’s RIGHT HERE! Meet your new bestie, BURRITO! This sweet and spicy senior has waited his entire life (we think around 10 years) to have a family of his own! Despite being failed by people, Burrito is a happy papa pup with a spunky and silly personality. He adores walks - we like to think his personal motto is “WILL SMOOCH FOR WALKS”. This goofy boy will always keep you smiling, but he also has the biggest heart. Burrito has been through so much hardship in his life and deserves to live out his senior years in a cozy, warm home where he knows he is safe and loved. Could you be his hero? Burrito was rescued (with his four babies - Ceviche, Salsa, Enchilada and Taquito) in South Korea where he lived his entire life chained up a broken down shack outside of a factory, neglected and physically abused. As soon as we rescued Burrito, we took him to the vet where he was diagnosed with heartwom. Luckily we were able to get him treated right away and he is now a healthy and happy little hunk, but he is still waiting for his hero to get him out of the shelter in South Korea. He watched his three daughters take their freedom flight to LA, and he’s left wondering when it will be his turn. Let’s reunite the Perrito family and get Burrito to LA! All we need is a committed foster or adopter! Apply TODAY! Burrito is now safe with our shelter partner in Korea, patiently waiting for his freedom flight. All we need to get him here is a committed foster or adopter! Will he land with you? Apply today!

Enchilada is a precious 4 year old, female corgi mix who is about 13 lbs. Our partner in South Korea found her living in dangerous conditions, chained up with her father and siblings. For months we've been begging their "owner" to surrender them, visiting daily to ensure they have food & water. Finally he agreed! Enchilada is currently heartworm positive getting his treatment. We anticipate her being healthy enough to board her freedom flight sometime in the end of October! We need a committed foster or adopter to get Enchilada on her freedom flight! Will she land with you? Apply today!

Meet Nala Breed: Pembroke Welsh Corgi Age:  12/04/2024 Weight: 25 pounds currently Gender: Female (Spayed) Personality Nala is a bundle of joy and affection, always ready to brighten up your day with her infectious happiness. She loves nothing more than a good belly rub and is known to roll right over, inviting you to give her some love. Her friendly nature makes her an excellent companion for both humans and other dogs. She has a gentle disposition and is wonderful with children, making her a perfect family pet. Breed Information Pembroke Welsh Corgis are known for their intelligence, loyalty, and energetic personalities. Despite their small stature, they are sturdy and agile, often displaying a playful and spirited demeanor. Corgis are herding dogs by nature, so they require regular exercise and mental stimulation to keep them happy and healthy. What to Expect As a Corgi owner, you can expect a loyal companion who is eager to please. Nala will thrive in a home where she gets plenty of attention and companionship. Regular walks, playtime, and interaction with other dogs will keep her content. Her herding instincts may occasionally lead her to gently nip at heels, but with proper training, this can be managed. Owner's Responsibilities Exercise: Ensure Nala gets sufficient daily exercise to burn off her youthful energy. A combination of walks, playtime, and mental challenges will be ideal. Training: Enroll her in obedience classes to reinforce her social skills and manage any herding tendencies. Corgis are quick learners, so consistent training will yield great results. Grooming: Regular brushing is important to manage her shedding and keep her coat healthy. Corgis typically shed year-round, with heavier shedding during seasonal changes. Health Care: Keep up with regular vet check-ups and vaccinations. Be mindful of her diet to maintain a healthy weight, as Corgis can be prone to obesity. Affection and Socialization: Provide plenty of love and social interaction. Nala will thrive in an environment where she feels part of the family. Adopting Nala means committing to a lifelong friend who will bring joy and laughter into your life. Whether she's playing in the yard or snuggling up next to you on the couch, Nala is sure to be a beloved member of your family.   If you are interested in adopting this amazing dog, please go to our website https://www.ozzieandfriendsrescue.org/ and fill out an application. ✅Currently located in South Korea✅️ 💟Available to fly to LAX💟 Meet Thunder⚡ 💙 Adogs Update Account: @_adogs_everyday 1⃣ Health Condition * Neutered: Not yet. * Others: Microchipped and getting heartworm treatment. * Successfully underwent abdominal fluid removal surgery and is now in recovery. Requires continued care and monitoring until he regains full health. 2⃣ Rescue Story * Thunder was staying at the Gimje Shelter. He loved people and greeted everyone with a wagging tail there. Despite his cheerful nature, his health was deteriorating. He had severe abdominal swelling due to fluid retention, and the harsh winter, along with the risk of infectious diseases, made his condition even more dangerous. Seeing his urgent need for medical attention, Adogs rescued him just in time to get the care he desperately needed. 3⃣ Basic Information * With People: Adores people! Wags his tail excitedly and enjoys being petted. Loves warmth and affection of people, often rubbing against them like a cat to show his love! * With Dogs: Gets along well with other dogs generally. Enjoys observing his dog friends rather than actively playing with them. Has a few favorite playmates with whom he interacts more! * Separation Anxiety: Not confirmed as he resides with other dogs at our center. * Potty Training: Is good at using potty pads as well as outdoor potty. * Walks: Is a pro walker without pulling on the leash. * Car Sickness: Rides well in a car without car sickness.

✅Currently located in South Korea✅️ 💟Available to fly to LAX💟 Meet Victor❤️ 💙 Victor's News Account: @jjamooong._ 1⃣ Health Condition * Spayed. * Others: Microchipped, dental scaling done, and heartworm negative upon re-test. * Due to a small fracture in her right molars and tartar buildup, so we're paying special attention to her dental care. * To help improve her walking posture, she wears a CoBan wrap during walks. 2⃣ Rescue Story * Victor was rescued by an Adogs volunteer while she was tied up tightly in a gravel lot. When found, she had clearly been neglected for a long time — stale food was piled next to her, and she looked frightened. But as soon as she felt safe, she wagged her tail and approached. 3⃣ Basic Information * With People: Might bark briefly when strangers visit, but quickly warms up and shows affection. With familiar people, she happily flops over for belly rubs and loves cuddling close. If you come home, she will hurry out to welcome you warmly. * With Dogs: Gets along well with the resident dog and even sleeps beside them. During walks, tends to react to unfamiliar dogs by barking or lunging. Recently, showed signs of calming down instantly and focusing on treats by taking training. * With Cats: Gets less excited around cats than dogs. * Separation Anxiety: Experiences significant anxiety when left alone. Does not feel separation anxiety when with other dogs or strangers. Howls once an hour and occasionally has potty accidents when left alone. Is improving through training. * Potty Training: Very good with pee pads, even in new places. However, remembers the first spot it was placed, so consistency in pad location is key. Prefers to go outside if possible. * Hygiene: Enjoys baths and brushing. Ear cleaning scares her, so a cone is used for safety. Is very afraid of nail clipping, so it’s mostly handled through walks. * Walks: Does nicely alongside her person, though she pulls on the leash early in the walk or when excited by other dogs, birds, or cats. * Car Sickness: No motion sickness, but gets anxious when separated in the car and prefers to sit on a lap. If getting tired, she would sleep on the cushion again. 4⃣ Special Notes * Has mastered many tricks: “Sit,” “Down,” “Spin,” “Paw,” “Wait,” “Go to your house,” “Kiss,” “Stylish,” “Nose,” “Come," and "V.” * Does not like people's behaviours such as pushing, putting the face up close while she is sleeping or lying down, and hugging her at home. * Rarely barks—and if she does, a simple “Sit” calms her. * At the vet, she may nip if held by the doctor, but remains calm when her guardian carries her into the exam room. * Gets a little excited with treats, so caution is needed when feeding multiple dogs at the same time. * Sometimes shows possessiveness over toys, so we're currently training her to manage that. Doesn’t nibble.

✅Currently located in South Korea✅️ 💟Available to fly to LAX💟 Meet Tree 🌳 Tree gave birth to #AdogsEunhaeng and littermates in an auto repair shop. The kind staff fed her and her puppies, but after Eunhaeng was injured in a car accident, Adogs rescued her urgently. While Eunhaeng was adopted abroad, Tree ended up in a shelter. Needs some time to be accustomed to new dogs. * Separation Anxiety: Does not exhibit separation anxiety and spends time alone comfortably. * Potty Training: Uses outdoor pottying only since she stays in a group at our center. * Hygiene: Is not yet fully comfortable with baths and nail trimming but is gradually getting used to them through practice. * Walks: Is not fully accustomed to walks yet but is slowly being introduced to them. * Car Sickness: Didn't get car sick during the short ride. ❗ Health Condition❗ * Spayed. * Microchipped, and heartworm negative upon request.
