Story
Meet Ari Current Location : S. KOREA 📌 Breed: Welsh Corgi 📌 Age: Estimated 3 years old 📌 Sex: Female 📌 Weight: 13 kg 📌 Spayed/Neutered: Yes, spayed 💛 Temperament Ari gets along well with both men and women, though she seems to feel a bit more comfortable with female caregivers. She loves every human she meets on walks and eagerly rolls over for belly rubs. She has never shown any aggression and has only displayed a sweet, gentle nature. 👶 Good with Children? Yes. She happily greets all people, including kids, and immediately shows her belly. 🐶 Good with Other Dogs? Ari mostly ignores other dogs. Even when another dog comes up to sniff her, she acts as if nothing is happening and simply minds her own business. 🐱 Good with Cats? She has never met a cat yet. 🍖 Food Motivation She LOVES food. She finishes her meals instantly and enjoys treats as well. ⚡ Energy Level Ari has a low activity level. She prefers short walks—after about 15 minutes she tends to stop walking, likely because she is currently a bit overweight. 🦮 Leash Trained? Yes. 🏡 Crate/Kennel Trained? She has not been formally crate trained, but she loves having her own space. If you lay out a blanket, she chooses that spot to rest. 🚻 House-Trained? Yes. She uses indoor pee pads but also does her business well during walks. 🗣 Barking She rarely barks. She may bark briefly out of excitement when someone comes home, but otherwise she is very quiet. 🏃‍♀️ Escape Risk Yes — Ari is a little bit scary. She may run and hide suddenly when she feels startled, even inside the house. Extra caution is needed during the adjustment period. 🤗 Handling She absolutely loves being touched and will expose her belly all day for pets. No issues with handling any part of her body. 🧸 Destructive Behavior In the beginning, she chewed a computer cable, so everything is now covered. She has also torn a pee pad twice. Other than that, she hasn’t caused trouble. She’s still learning how to play with plush toys, so she plays only in short sessions. 🎁 Resource Guarding No signs of guarding food or toys. 🩺 Health Issues None at this time. 🐾 Rescue Story Ari was rescued from a breeding facility. She is incredibly sweet, gentle, and affectionate, but also sometimes frightened due to her past. With patience, love, and a calm environment, she will blossom into a wonderful companion.

Story
Daisy is a quirky 7-year-old Pembroke Corgi in Los Angeles. She’s in safe remission from IMHA but needs daily medication. Daisy loves cuddling during movies, belly rubs, and her favorite thing is fetch - she’d do it for hours if she could. She’s house-trained, walks well on a leash, and is spayed and microchipped. Daisy would do best as the only pet in a calm home with no kids, as she has shown some aggression around toddlers. We’re heartbroken to rehome her, but we do not have the time or resources to tend to her needs. With the right, patient, and experienced adopter we think she would be much more happy.

✅Currently located in South Korea✅️ 💟Available to fly to LAX💟 Meet Victor❤️ 💙 Victor's News Account: @jjamooong._ 1⃣ Health Condition * Spayed. * Microchipped, dental scaling completed, and completely recovered from heartworm. * Due to a small fracture in her right molars and tartar buildup, we're paying special attention to her dental care. * To help improve her walking posture, she wears a CoBan wrap during walks. * Her paw pad is weak, so you have to bandage it or mind her step when going for a walk. 2⃣ Rescue Story * Victor was rescued by an Adogs volunteer while she was tied up tightly in a gravel lot. When found, she had clearly been neglected for a long time — food that had gone bad was piled next to her, and she looked frightened. But as soon as she felt safe, she wagged her tail and approached. 3⃣ Basic Information * With People: Might bark briefly when strangers visit, but this has improved recently. Wags her tail and asks for petting when she meets strangers during walks. Even acts cute if children come up to her and cuddles her. With familiar people, she happily flops over for belly rubs. Loves cuddling close to people. If you come home, she will hurry out to welcome you warmly. * With Dogs: Gets along well with her foster family’s dog and even sleeps beside them. During walks, she tends to react to unfamiliar dogs by barking or lunging. After receiving training, she has recently shown signs of calming down quickly and focusing on treats. Growls at first when she meets a dog at a dog friendly cafe, but stays still when they keep their distance. Is posessive of toys and sometimes tries to threaten other dogs when they play with his toy. Is getting training to fix this behaviour. * With Cats: Gets less excited around cats than dogs. * Separation Anxiety: Experiences significant anxiety when left alone, barking and scratching at the door. Does not feel separation anxiety when with other dogs or strangers though. * Potty Training: Is very good with using pee pads. However, she remembers the first spot it was placed, so consistency in pad location is key. Prefers to go outside if possible and marks with her pee only when outside. * Hygiene: Does excellently with baths and toothbrushing and enjoys brushing. Does not like having ears cleaned, so mouths at her foster parent’s hand as a warning without biting. Is very afraid of nail clipping, so it’s mostly handled through walks. * Walks: Gets aggressive when birds, or cats pass by. In an emotionally sensitive day, she lunges with excitement and doesn't calm down with other dogs but in a good condition, she immediately refocuses on her guardian upon being called. Tends to pull on the leash hard only when with other dogs. * Car Sickness: No motion sickness during two-hour drive, but gets anxious when separated in the car. Tries to sit on a lap in such situation. If she’s tired, she will sleep on her cushion. * May bite defensively if you push her sideways, get close to her face, try to pick her up, or try to clean her ear. Be careful and take time when you approach her. * Doesn’t bark even at strangers outside the door as long as they don’t ring the doorbell. Barks briefly when family returns to home. Also barks at times if new people suddenly stand up or make loud noises in the home. * Understands the commands such as 'Sit down', 'Lie down', 'Turn', 'Nose', 'V', 'Paw', 'Wait', and 'Kiss'!

✅Currently located in South Korea✅️ 💟Available to fly to LAX💟 Meet Tree🌳 💙 Tree's News Account: @tree_adogs 1.) Health Condition * Spayed. * Microchipped, and completely recovered from heartworm. 2.) Rescue Story * Tree gave birth to Eunhaeng at Adogs and littermates in an auto repair shop. The kind staff fed her and her puppies, but after Eunhaeng was injured in a car accident, Adogs rescued her urgently. While Eunhaeng was adopted abroad, Tree ended up in a shelter. She was later rescued and is now being cared for at our center. 3.) Basic Information * With People: Fears strangers and shows avoidance behavior with her tail between her legs when approached. Once getting a little more familiar, she feels comfortable as long as you approach within a certain distance and she even takes treats from your hand. When being touched, she shows nervousness but is docile and accepts it. At first, she avoids even familiar people but once they pet her, she exposes her belly and even shows affectionate charm! Wags her tail and bunts her head, asking to be petted. * With Dogs: Plays better with male dogs than female ones. With friends that she likes, runs around excitedly and plays. May occasionally show irritability toward similarly sized female dogs. Needs some time to become accustomed to new dogs. * Separation Anxiety: Does not exhibit separation anxiety and spends time alone comfortably. * Potty Training: Currently stays indoors without going for proper walks. Does indoor potty only and is smart enough to be perfectly house-trained and never have accidents. * Hygiene: Is still afraid of being brushed and the sound of dryers, so we're going slowly. Gets her baths and nail trims done at the groomer, and she’s fine with the nail trimming. * Walks: Going for walks used to feel so unfamiliar and awkward that she would freeze up as soon as she steps outside. But now, she’s starting to follow little by little wherever someone she trusts starts moving. Is nervous about wearing a harness but getting used to it. Is continually practicing going for walks. * Car Sickness: Doesn't get car sick even during three-hour long trips and rests in the car. * Likes: Loves treats! Is interested in nosework and sometimes does it. Tends to like playing with familiar canine friends. * Dislikes: Is scared of strangers, so it is best to wait for her to open up.

Story
Taquito is an adorable 4 year old, male corgi mix who is about 17 lbs. Our partner in South Korea found him living in dangerous conditions, chained up. For months we've been begging their "owner" to surrender them, visiting daily to ensure they have food & water. Finally he agreed! Taquito is currently heartworm positive getting his treatment. We anticipate him being healthy enough to board their freedom flight sometime in the end of October! We need a committed foster or adopter to get Taquito on his freedom flight! Will he land with you? Apply today!

Story
Have you been searching for the best Burrito in LA?! Search no longer, because he’s RIGHT HERE! Meet your new bestie, BURRITO! This sweet and spicy senior has waited his entire life (we think around 8- 10 years) to have a family of his own! Despite being failed by people, Burrito is a happy papa pup with a spunky and silly personality. He adores walks - we like to think his personal motto is “WILL SMOOCH FOR WALKS”. This goofy boy will always keep you smiling, but he also has the biggest heart. Burrito has been through so much hardship in his life and deserves to live out his senior years in a cozy, warm home where he knows he is safe and loved. Could you be his hero? Burrito was rescued (with his four babies - Ceviche, Salsa, Enchilada and Taquito) in South Korea where he lived his entire life chained up a broken down shack outside of a factory, neglected and physically abused. As soon as we rescued Burrito, we took him to the vet where he was diagnosed with heartwom. Luckily we were able to get him treated right away and he is now a healthy and happy little hunk, but he is still waiting for his hero to get him out of the shelter in South Korea. He watched his three daughters take their freedom flight to LA, and he’s left wondering when it will be his turn. Let’s reunite the Perrito family and get Burrito to LA! All we need is a committed foster or adopter! Apply TODAY!
