Story
I adopted Landers from a local shelter a few years ago. He was said to have been a stray from Texas originally. He is an absolute sweetheart. He gets along great with kids and other animals. His breed is uncertain but seems to be a sort of Pitt and Xolo mix. Landers has been through several diets and medications and treatments as he goes through phases of dandruff and losing fur. After much trial and error, it seems that this is likely due to extreme separation anxiety. He likes to lie beside his person at all times. He can be playful but mostly wants affection and cuddles. Unfortunately, I am working often and he grows so anxious without company. Landers would be best suited for someone who has lots of time to give him the attention he deserves. A soft, comfortable, loving home is ideal. He does well on car rides and enjoys anything as long as he is with his owner and almost never barks. Vaccinations are overdue because of financial strain but can be updated prior to adoption.

Story
Meet Mae 🐾 At just over 2 years old, Mae is a sweet, easygoing Aussie/Chi mix looking for her person. She’s dog-friendly, great with kids, and loves a mix of playtime in the yard and relaxing on the couch. Mae is potty pad trained and likes her kennel, but she’ll need some consistency as she transitions to outdoor potty training. A home with a doggy door would be a big plus! She could also use a little more socialization to build her confidence. She’s gentle, loving, and happiest right by your side—just waiting for someone to give her the chance she deserves 💛
