Story
Meet Knox, a gentle giant and loyal shadow who is ready for a new best friend. Raised in a loving home, he is professionally trained by J Mack K9 and knows sit, down, heel, stay, and come. He is fully potty and crate trained, sleeping soundly in his cage at night.Knox is high-energy and strong, so he needs a home with a fenced yard and no small children. He is easy to train and highly motivated by hot dogs—his favorite treat for nail clippings! Please note he has a poultry allergy and requires a poultry-free diet.Knox is a soulful companion who is deeply loved and spoiled, and he is ready to bring that same devotion to a lucky new family. I hope to find a home that I can keep in contact with him and send him toys.

Story
Introducing Nila! She was just 8 weeks old when she was found abandoned in an overcrowded shelter. But now, she’s is in a loving foster home and learning what it means to be a dog—playing, exploring, and making new furry friends. Nila wasn't socialized with humans as a puppy and she is gaining confidence each day. She will need someone that is going to be patient and understand her shy nature. Nila is about 6 months old and weighs approximately 30 pounds. She has one brown eye and one blue eye. She is crate trained and housebroken. If you’re looking to add a wonderful, playful companion to your family, please consider adopting Nila. Feel free to reach out if you want to learn more about this amazing pup! Email us at Pawdazzlepet@gmail.com Www.atlanticcountycanines.com If approved, one of our volunteers will reach out to set up an appointment since all our animals are currently in foster homes. Story
BLU Needs a home now! He has come such a long way at the boarding and daycare he’s at. Recently he has made a doggy friend. So we think he may be able to go to a home with a smaller playful submissive dog. Blu is a 11 month old sweet mixed breed dog weighing approximately 35 pounds. He has one blue eye and one brown eye. He is learning leash manners. . A fenced yard is ideal for Blu. Blu has a lot of energy and will require exercise. Currently, Blu is staying at a dog training doggy daycare, where he is learning how to walk on a leash. He is neutered, microchipped, tested for heartworm, and has received his rabies, distemper, and bordetella vaccinations. Additionally, he is on flea preventative. Blu’s story started when he was found all alone on a rural road at only four months old. The family who found him took him in, loved him, and truly tried to make it work, even though they already had a senior dog. Unfortunately, Blu and the resident senior dog just didn’t get along, and it led to fights between them. This family has opened their home to so many hard-luck cases and senior dogs over the years. Blu needed to find a home because of the conflict with their senior dog, and we honestly thought this beautiful dog would be adopted quickly. He’s young, friendly, and full of life. But that same energy means he really needs the right environment. Blu is an extremely active dog who needs both mental and physical stimulation. He can possibly go to a home with a submissive playful dog. He has been in training and boarding for over two months now, and despite all our efforts, he still hasn’t found his own family. We’re very grateful for our partnership with the trainers and for the wonderful care he’s receiving, but he needs to find his own home. Blu is now about 11 months old, great with people, crate trained, and up to date on all of his shots. If you’re interested in helping Blu reach out to us. Consider opening your home to Blu as an adopter (or possibly a foster home). Any questions email us at. Pawdazzlepet@gmail.com

Story
We wanted to introduce you to Lily, a gentle and loving older girl who is looking for a soft place to land. Lily was surrendered to us when she was 12 years old due to changes in her owner’s living arrangements. Since coming into her foster home, she has been wonderfully sweet and low maintenance. Lily gets along well with dogs, children, and cats, making her a great companion for many households. She recently had a full veterinary checkup, including senior blood work and a heartworm test, all of which went well. Weighing about 18 pounds, she enjoys peaceful naps and gentle walks. Lily truly is a joy to have around, and we hope to find her a loving retirement home where she can feel safe and cherished in her golden years.
