Marble was found on the side of the road very skinny and starving. We brought him in and did the 10 day stray hold and no owner came forward. We began the process of getting him healthy and through surgery for a blockage. Poor boy was eating everything he can put in his mouth to get something in his stomach. He is now a healthy weight and an overall great dog.

Loki and Atlas have been best friends for over a year. Loki is a small 45-52 lb lab mix and atlas is a 65-73lb German Shepard/Pittbull. We expecting a child otw in September and just don’t have the time or budget to properly take care of our dogs. I want them to be well taken care of and given the proper love and attention they deserve.

She has grown up in a busy household with five children, so she's accustomed to family life and enjoys being around people. She has a fun, energetic personality and loves attention, playtime, and being part of the action. Mocha is very loyal and protective of her home and family. Because she can be territorial with other dogs, she would do best as the only pet or in a home with an experienced owner who can carefully manage introductions. She currently does not get along with our small terrier, which is the reason we are seeking a new home for her. Mocha deserves a family that can give her the love, patience, and attention she needs to thrive. Story

Licorice was adopted in 2022. He is crate trained and house trained. He has a lot of energy and requires attention. He does not chew on anything in the house and as of 2023 does not scratch at any doors. He doesn’t bark very much and likes to lay around. He is good with kids and the most he will do is nip if he is craving attention but stops as soon as you tell him to. I am giving away his crate, dog bowls, and electronic collar with him. The collar was purchased as part of his training in 2024. He loves people and does not take any time becoming comfortable with them. He will bark if there is someone at the door but he just wants to see them. He gets excited with new people and will jump at first unless he is told not to. Carrying around the remote for the collar helps him understand this. We don’t really put it on him as we don’t have very many visitors. We aren’t able to give him the attention he deserves as we attend a lot of training.
