SPECIAL ADOPTION FEE – Open to Foster-to-Adopt!*Located in St. CatharinesMeet Bea – Your Beautiful New Best Friend!Hi there! I’m Bea — short for bea-utiful, and trust me, my charm goes way beyond my name.If you’re looking for a sweet, affectionate companion who’s always ready for snuggles, adventures, and a little bit of silliness, then I might be the perfect pup for you! I’m a people-loving girl who thrives on human connection. I prefer to be your one-and-only furry friend — more love for me, more cuddles for you!I may be hearing impaired, but I make up for it with a big heart, a super sniffer, and a hilarious collection of sounds that will keep you laughing. I’m not shy about expressing myself! Because of my chatty personality, I’d be happiest in a home with space to be myself — so something other than apartment life would be ideal. One of the coolest things about me? I’m learning American Sign Language! My foster mom has been teaching me hand signals, and I’ve been picking them up like a pro. I love learning new things and showing off my skills.I do best in calm, predictable environments and appreciate a little time to settle into new routines. But once I feel safe, I’m all in — loyal, loving, and endlessly devoted. I enjoy the great outdoors (bug-chasing is a passion of mine!), and when we’re done exploring, I’ll be right next to you for a cozy nap.I’ll thrive in a home where I’m not left alone too often — I just love being with my people so much. With a bit of patience and lots of love, I’ll show you just how special I am.Ready to fall in love? I know I am. Let’s meet and see if we’re meant to be!Click “Adopt” and let’s start our happily ever after. 🐾With love,BeaXO

Story
Hi, I’m Holly 🌸I’m an 11-pound Shih Tzu mix with big round eyes, a never-stop propeller tail, and a heart that’s about ten sizes too big for my tiny body.I’m sweet, gentle, and very polite—sometimes too polite. I’m still learning that I don’t have to be so submissive, but my confidence is growing every day. And when my spunky side peeks through? Oh boy—it’s adorable. Think playful zoomies followed immediately by a very serious nap.Speaking of naps… I am a professional heated-blanket burrower. If there’s a warm blanket, I’m under it. If you’re under it too? Even better. I love curling up, being carried around like the precious loaf I am, and leaning in for hugs and kisses. I love kisses. Please give many.I’m soft. Like, ridiculously soft. Silky, shiny, touch-me-forever soft. I might have a little Yorkie or mini poodle magic mixed in—mystery fluff, if you will.Other important Holly facts: • I love treats, snuffle mats, and eating in general (great appetite ✔️) • I get along wonderfully with dogs of all sizes and cats • I’m nearly fully housetrained (I’m trying very hard, promise) • I love everyone I meet and stay endlessly positive • I’m funny and playful… but also a certified couch potato • I want to do whatever you’re doing—alwaysI’m curious, affectionate, and learning that the world is a safe, cozy place. If you’re looking for a tiny shadow with a wagging tail, soft fur, and endless love to give, I might just be your girl.*requires a QUIET & PATIENT home and location to thrive.*located in Burlington

Story
***NOT ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS AT THIS TIME***Hi, I’m Ruthie! It’s been quite a week for me as I settle in with my foster mom and figure this all out, but I’m very motivated by treats, love and attention, so it’s getting easier by the day. When I first got here, I wasn’t quite sure how to relax, and got excited very easily, but I am quickly learning how much I love a good couch snuggle session. I’m still full of life and energy at 7 years old, and enjoy a little play time to get it all out, especially if I’ve been home alone for awhile. I am not really a fan of this cold weather, so I am enjoying several quick walks a day and playing with toys inside, but you better be careful because those stuffy toys will be destroyed in a blink of an eye. I love a hard chewy toy or lick mat to keep me stimulated before having a good snooze. When you get home I’ll greet you with full body wiggles and show off a favourite toy. I don’t much like a crate, but when I’m left alone or overnight I’ll happily hang out in a quiet room or sleep on my bed through the night without issue. I’m a very smart girl, who is eager to learn and please, but I do still get overly excited sometimes with too much stimulation around and it’s harder for me to relax, but it’s getting easier as I feel safe and confident in my surroundings. I have so much love to give, and am looking for the perfect home to give me a balance of a calm relaxing lifestyle while also allowing me to get my sillies out. * Located in the GTA.
