Story

Kira is a 6-year-old girl who has been part of our family since she was just 3 months old. She has been deeply loved and has given us so much love in return. Having to rehome her is heartbreaking, but unfortunately, medical circumstances have caused significant financial strain for our family, and we have to move. The home we are moving to does not allow Kira, so we have no choice but to find her a new family. Kira is spayed, up to date on vaccines, house and potty trained, and has no behavioral issues. She knows basic commands, loves walks, walks well on a leash without pulling, and absolutely loves salmon-flavored food! She is a sweet adult girl who loves her people. She would do best with adults or older children, but she can be around younger kids as long as they respect her space. This is not a decision we are making because we no longer want Kira. Quite the opposite,we love her deeply, and that is what makes this so incredibly painful. We just want to make sure that she is safe.

Hi there! This happy boy is Buster. He is almost 5 years old and is super sweet, cuddly, and playful. I’m looking for a home that can give Buster the attention he needs and keep up with his high-energy lifestyle. He is used to being on the couch and bed, as he loves cuddles and just being near his humans, but since we have had the baby he has learned to stay off of them.Buster is:• Neutered and house trained• Leash trained• Loves to run and play • Loves the dog park• A cuddly companion who enjoys being near his family Has Alergies to grass and weeds. He has shampoo and takes an allergy shot every 2 months that helps. Cost $50.would thrive in a home with a big yard or someone who will take him for runs. He is good with older kids but can accidentally knock down younger children due to his size and excitement.Does shedI hope we can find this sweet boy a new home so he can start getting the attention and love he deserves. Charly is a female, nearly-three year old Aussie/Heeler. Her birthday is 12/24/23.She has a very energetic and playful personality. She loves toys, walks, and belly rubs. She played well with her brothers but has not been around other dogs outside of vet visits, however she did not seem aggressive toward them. Similarly, she has never shown any food aggression and instead waits patiently for her bowl to be filled.However, she is skittish when it comes to shots and nail clippings. She resists having things like collars and harnesses put on. She can be wary of strangers and needs time to warm up to them as well.She is potty trained when inside and has zero escape attempts from the backyard.She is a velcro dog at heart though and wants to shadow her people, going wherever they go. She can whine and cry when left alone too often, so a home with more than one person would be perfect so she isn't alone anymore. A family home with multiple people and even a large yard would be heaven for her.

Honey was a stray that was found with her mother and littermates. She is about 5 months old and is silly, loving, and loves to play with my older dog. She walks around the house wagging her little tail like she's just happy to be alive. She is crate trained but prefers to be around her humans. She sometimes prances around and jumps like a kangaroo which makes us laugh. She is great with my 7 year old. She is very food motivated which makes it easy to teach her new things. She loves ear scratches and will let you rub her belly if you are special enough.

Anubis is an 8 year old happy and joyful long haired husky. She loves to play, go on walks, chew on her bone bones and shes very patient. She enjoys talking with you and even chimes in when your singing. But as playful as she is, she can also be funnily lazy. For instance, she like to lay down while eating, drinking and even while playing tug. Shes not friendly to cats, but loves other dogs and people. And she doenst like yelling, it scares her and she will find a place to hide. We have been the only family shes ever known. Unfortunately, our financial situation has changed and we can no longer afford the care she Deserves. It breaks my heart to see her go but I want the very best for my girl, and sometimes that means doing what is most difficult. Im looking for a new forever home for my beautiful baby so she can live her life out as healthy and happy as possible. I can only hope whoever adopts her will love her as much as I do.
