Story
My family originally saved Ammo from being euthanized at a pound he was dropped off at after his original owners gave him up due to him being bigger than they anticipated. He has lived with us for the past 6 years and is great with kids. My son was a baby when we first got him and Ammo loved laying with him and playing with him outside as he got older. Ammo loves short walks and loves to be loved on; He will be your best couch mate! Ammo does not do well with cats. He has some dog aggression so it would be best if he was in an only pet household but is incredibly sweet and all of his great features will flourish in the right home. Please feel free to reach out to me should you have any questions!

Story
Please read! Please share! Available for adoption in DFW, TX. Buttercup was recently saved from a bad situation by an amazing friend of CLASP who has a huge heart for rescue. He loves her with all of his heart. Sadly, he has been diagnosed with cancer and his health is in decline. Being the amazing pet lover that he is, he is trying to plan ahead for Buttercup by finding her a loving home. Sadly, time is of the essence… Contact Jana at jana.stidman@gmail.com or cowtownpets@gmail.com for more info. MORE: She is approximately 2 years old and weighs 46 lbs. and is a love bug. She gets along with other dogs and doesn’t mind cats. She also does fine around his chickens. She is fully vetted, spayed, and microchipped. She comes with 6 months of Heartworm prevention and Bravecto. He has never seen her around small children and wants that to be known. A rescue would be most likely to take with a committed foster, but he would like the peace of mind of knowing that she ended up in a loving home. PLEASE help by sharing this post. We would like to give him this last gift of knowing that Buttercup will be safe and cared for the rest of her life.

Story
Meet Bingo! Bingo is a 3 yo / 14lbs, tiny red heeler mix with three legs. He is GREAT with kids! Very sweet and playful (the missing leg does not slow him down). He does okay with dogs and he is working on his cat skills. He wants to chase cats but will listen when you tell him to stop. He is crate-trained which is a huge step in his house training. We believe he was loved and cared for early in life because he is such a sweetheart. He has been in good foster care for several weeks and he has proven himself to be a fast learner, super sweet, and very much ready for a great new forever home. Rescue Story: Bingo found his way to a good samaritan who immediately took him in. He was in really bad shape, but she cleaned him up and got weight put back on him. She considered taking him to the shelter, but due to the state of the Texas shelter system, she kept him and started searching for a rescue group. This is when CLASP got involved. It is unclear how he got into this position or how he lost his leg. Our vet does not believe the leg was removed through surgery. He could have been born this way or possibly lost it in an accident and not taken into vet care for treatment. Adoption fee: $150 (plus tax) Questions: cowtownpets@gmail.com Adoption app: https://cowtownpets.org/online-adoption-app/.
