Story
🌸 Meet Trixie! 🌸 Breed: Tennessee Tree Brindle Age: 1–2 years old. They are known for their friendly, sociable nature and form strong bonds with their family. Trixie was found abandoned in Trophy Club. She is a gentle soul looking for a patient and loving adopter who can help her feel safe and secure. She’s a shy girl, sometimes a little fearful, but with kindness and consistency she blossoms into a loyal companion. 🌟 Personality & Traits 🌟 • Shy but sweet: She warms up slowly, but her trust is worth the wait. • Couch potato: Trixie loves lounging and will happily keep you company during work-from-home days. • Dog-friendly: She does well with other dogs and enjoys their company. • Leash trained: Walks calmly and politely, but must take time to smell all the smells. She is not a fan of blow-up holiday creatures she comes up on, nor is she a fan of loud mowing creatures or thunder. She does do well with a thunder shirt on during thunderstorms. 🏡 Ideal Home Trixie would thrive with someone who works from home and can provide the patience she needs. She should not be left alone in a backyard without supervision, as she feels safest when near her people. With the right adopter, Trixie will be a devoted companion who brings quiet joy and comfort to your life. To start the adoption process, please complete our application. Her adoption fee is $100. Story
Firu is a sweet boy who loves his snuggles and his people. He is a 7 year old border collie mix. We found him on the side of the road in Austin when he was around 11 months old, and we could not locate his previous owners. He can get along with other dogs after a very slow introduction but displays food aggression, so he would be better suited as an only pet. He is extremely food motivated and smart. He can figure out all the lever door handles. He likes to run in the yard and hang out with his people. We are so sad to have to rehome our pup after 7 years, but unfortunately, he needs a family without children as he has bite history when they have gotten in his face. While he can still see, Firu does have some visual impairment especially in low light or dark spaces. He would be great company for a calm, child-free home as he is a people dog that listens well and likes to be in close proximity to his owners.

Story
Meet sweet Halo This is really hard for me to write as he means a lot to me. I found him about 8 months ago and have been fostering him, it’s been hard finding him a home. He’s so smart, loving, and full of personality. Hes house trained, he loves being around people, being outside and going on adventures. If you enjoy walks, and having a buddy by your side, he will make you so happy. He does have that classic husky energy. He sheds a lot and needs regular care and attention. He’s also very clever and can be an escape artist, so he needs a secure space and someone who will stay on top of him. He’s not a low maintenance dog, I want to be honest about that because he needs someone who is fully ready for the responsibility. Im rehoming him because my living conditions are not ideal for him and I work a lot, I want him to have the space and attention he deserves. It’s not an easy decision, and I’m looking for someone with alot of patience who will love him like fam. Hes a really good dog

BAKUGO 🐾 Gorgeously sweet pup @ just 3 years old! He has to learn to trust men again but is doing amazing with training and has shown so much improvement! Because of his size no young/small children or dogs/cats. Older kids who know to respect his space would be okay. He is a BIG Sensitive guy with a charming personality. Doesn’t love living in a crate as he prefers to be hanging out with his person! Will go in an indestructible crate but it’s not his favorite 🤣 Very treat motivated and eager to learn! LOVES the lake, to go for walks and truck rides!! With continued training and an assertive owner he will thrive in a new environment but will need slow introductions to new people. Everything is very scary to him at first, poor guy! House Trained - will not potty in the house when left out or in his crate! Fully vaccinated Neutered Current on Preventatives Still undergoing training with foster ❤️🐾

Story
Meet Charlie This sweet boy is 7 months old. He was rescued with his 3 siblings and his mom when he was 2 weeks old. His mom gave birth outside under a pile of trash. Thanks to a volunteer this little family was rescued. They had to go on a 10 hour road trip to make it to their fosters house where he has grown up. His mom has an amazing temperament and weights 10 pounds. We were curious about their breed so we did a DNA test and that revealed that he is 38% Chihuahuas, 14% poodle, 13% Chihuahuas, 11% Jack Russell. We are unsure how big he will get but we don't think he will be more than 20 pounds. Charlie enjoys playing with his siblings and fosters Chihuahua. He especially loves to sit in his foster moms lap for cuddles. He enjoys toys and a good bully stick. He is pretty good about going potty on the pee pads but he is going to need a family willing to potty train him. He is a puppy so he will need a patient family that can provide training so he can grow up to be a successful dog. Charlie would do best with someone that works from home or is only gone for a few hours a day. He is a small puppy so he will need a secure fenced in yard. Charlie is fully vaccinated, microchipped and dewormed. If there are children in the home they must be over 5 years old. Note: We always respond first to inquiries that tell us something about your living situation (house, apartment, single, family, etc.) and why you want this dog. Be sure to include your phone number in your inquiry. We call inquiries that are a good fit for the dog.
