Story
Meet Rusty! He was our first dog purchase almost 11 years ago. Since then our family has doubled in size and life has become too busy. He doesn’t get the love, attention, and walks that we feel he deserves. He is an obedient and friendly dog. He loves getting pets, dog bones, and big cushy beds! Rusty has a sister, Daisy that we’d love for them to be adopted together, if possible. He would be best in a home without small children. He coexists well in our house with no problems, but we feel he’d thrive better without small children. Serious inquiries only.

Story
🌸 Meet Trixie! 🌸 Breed: Tennessee Tree Brindle Age: 1–2 years old. They are known for their friendly, sociable nature and form strong bonds with their family. Trixie was found abandoned in Trophy Club. She is a gentle soul looking for a patient and loving adopter who can help her feel safe and secure. She’s a shy girl, sometimes a little fearful, but with kindness and consistency she blossoms into a loyal companion. 🌟 Personality & Traits 🌟 • Shy but sweet: She warms up slowly, but her trust is worth the wait. • Couch potato: Trixie loves lounging and will happily keep you company during work-from-home days. • Dog-friendly: She does well with other dogs and enjoys their company. • Leash trained: Walks calmly and politely, but must take time to smell all the smells. She is not a fan of blow-up holiday creatures she comes up on, nor is she a fan of loud mowing creatures or thunder. She does do well with a thunder shirt on during thunderstorms. 🏡 Ideal Home Trixie would thrive with someone who works from home and can provide the patience she needs. She should not be left alone in a backyard without supervision, as she feels safest when near her people. With the right adopter, Trixie will be a devoted companion who brings quiet joy and comfort to your life. To start the adoption process, please complete our application. Her adoption fee is $100. If you would like to meet this sweet girl, start by completing our application. http://bit.ly/4Paws1HeartDogAdoption

Story
Firu is a sweet boy who loves his snuggles and his people. He is a 7 year old border collie mix. We found him on the side of the road in Austin when he was around 11 months old, and we could not locate his previous owners. He can get along with other dogs after a very slow introduction but displays food aggression, so he would be better suited as an only pet. Also when seeing other dogs out and about, he tends to bark a lot. We are so sad to have to rehome our pup after 7 years, but unfortunately, he needs a family without children as he has bite history. While he can still see, Firu does have some visual impairment that seems to be worsening with age and he tends to be on the anxious side. He would be great company for a local calm, child-free home as he is a people dog that listens well and likes to be in close proximity to his owners.

Story
Meet Daisy! Our family has doubled in size since we purchased her about 9 years ago, and our lives have become too busy. Daisy is a great dog, but we feel she is not getting the love, attention, and walks that she deserves. She loves getting pets from people, cushy beds, and treats. She can be a little skiddish around new people, but she warms up fairly quickly. She would thrive best in an environment without kids. She is our lover dog and loves to follow her big brother Rusty around. We would prefer that they be adopted together. He also has a profile. Serious inquiries only.

Story
We sadly need to find a home for Biggie. His owner has suffered a stroke and can no longer care for his pup. Biggie would be great for an adult or senior home with no kids. He loves lounging and going out for a small walk (really to just go to the restroom :-)). We have all the supplies for him as well that we can provide for you. We think it is best he is in a home with no other animals as he can be very talkative and try to be the alpha.

Story
Meet sweet Halo This is really hard for me to write as he means a lot to me. I found him about 8 months ago and have been fostering him, it’s been hard finding him a home. He’s so smart, loving, and full of personality. Hes house trained, he loves being around people, being outside and going on adventures. If you enjoy walks, and having a buddy by your side, he will make you so happy. He does have that classic husky energy. He sheds a lot and needs regular care and attention. He’s also very clever and can be an escape artist, so he needs a secure space and someone who will stay on top of him. He’s not a low maintenance dog, I want to be honest about that because he needs someone who is fully ready for the responsibility. Im rehoming him because my living conditions are not ideal for him and I work a lot, I want him to have the space and attention he deserves. It’s not an easy decision, and I’m looking for someone with alot of patience who will love him like fam. Hes a really good dog
