German Shepherd Dog Labrador Retriever

Male, Adult
Midlothian, TX
Size
(when grown) X-Large 101 lbs (46 kg) or more
Details
Needs experienced adopter, Spayed or Neutered,
Story
He is a dog who spends most of his time outside and enjoys having space to explore. He loves playing fetch and going on walks. He does best as the only pet in the home, as he does not get along well with other dogs. He's also not a good match for homes with small children, so an adults-only or older-teen household would be ideal. With the right owner who can give him structure, attention, and outdoor time, he will make a wonderful companion.

Story
I got Izzy when he was just a baby, and he has been a part of my life ever since. He grew up with a lot of love, attention, and companionship, and it really shows in the way he connects with people. Izzy is now 4 years old and has a calm, friendly, and loyal personality. He loves being outdoors and spending time in nature, whether that means long walks, relaxing outside, or just being around fresh air. One of his favorite things is tagging along on everyday outings like trips to the supermarket. He enjoys being included and staying close to his person, and he is happiest when he feels part of the moment. Izzy is affectionate, gentle, and easy to be around. He enjoys companionship but also knows how to settle down and relax. He does well with routines and appreciates a stable, caring environment. I truly tried everything to relocate and fly him internationally so he could stay with me, but despite my best efforts, it did not work out. Now looking for a permanent, loving home.
