Story
My family originally saved Ammo from being euthanized at a pound he was dropped off at after his original owners gave him up due to him being bigger than they anticipated. He has lived with us for the past 6 years and is great with kids. My son was a baby when we first got him and Ammo loved laying with him and playing with him outside as he got older. Ammo loves short walks and loves to be loved on; He will be your best couch mate! Ammo does not do well with cats. He has some dog aggression so it would be best if he was in an only pet household but is incredibly sweet and all of his great features will flourish in the right home. Please feel free to reach out to me should you have any questions!

Story
Nala is a 2 year old mixed breed. She belonged to a roommate who has since moved out. We have taken over her care but with 4 other dogs and a cat already in the household, we are out of space. She is a high-energy dog that needs a yard to run in and/or a family that can keep her active with walks or trips to the dog park. Nala is a sweetheart who loves cuddles and thinks she is a lap dog. She gets along great with other dogs and children. She is perpetually happy with a wagging tail. She is not crate trained but will go to her crate if instructed. She is not up to date with her shots and she s not spayed but we can take care of that before adoption. Please consider giving Nala a good and loving home because she deserves it.

Story
Booda is a purebred Bull Terrier. He is 6 years old and full of energy! He loves people and his favorite thing to do is cuddle up to those he loves. He gets along great with other dogs and likes to play and run around. Words to describe him include cuddly, sweet, rambunctious, and energetic. We got him 2 year ago from a family friend who was no longer able to take care of him, and they got him as a puppy from a breeder. Booda is neutered and up to date on all shots/vaccinations, and is also negative for heart worms. He is also house trained and also handles the kennel well if he ever needs to be put in one. What we are looking for in a new home is a family with the availability to spend time with him, yard space for him to run around in, and probably no small children around (we do not know how he does with children, but because he is so energetic he does like to run and jump when he is excited). If a family already has experience with bull terriers, that is an added bonus!

Story
Dalton, a sweet 3-year-old Blue Heeler mix who has had a tough start to life. He is a bit scared and unsure of new people and new situations, which can cause him to become nippy. But don't let that fool you! Underneath his fear is a loving and loyal dog who just needs a patient and understanding owner to help him build his confidence.Dalton has a lot of potential and with time, patience, and proper training, he will become a wonderful companion. He needs an adopter who is willing to work with him and help him overcome his fears. Positive reinforcement training methods will be the key to helping Blue feel safe and secure in his new home. He has shown great progress when working with our junior volunteers over the age of 8, but he still needs a low stress home where he can feel safe and secure. With his beautiful coat and bright, curious eyes, Dalton is sure to capture your heart. He loves to play and go for walks, but can sometimes be timid around new people or loud noises. He would do best in a quiet, low-stress home with a patient and understanding owner who can give him the love and support he needs to flourish. If you're looking for a loyal and loving companion who just needs a little extra TLC, Dalton may be the perfect match for you. With your help and guidance, he will become a confident and happy dog who will always be by your side. Curious to find out more about Dalton?
