Story
Anya is about 2yrs old, a bit on the submissive side and oh so sweet! This tiny 38lb girl loves people and will even shake their hand when asked. And she can even shake with both paws. She also sits politely when instructed to do so. Anya also loves to play with other dogs of all sizes and would love a playmate in the home, but it’s not required. She is a silly, active girl that would be a great long distance walking and hiking partner. According to her dna results, she is a shepherd, husky, McNab mix. These are all very smart breeds and she confirms it by her intelligence and quick understanding of training games. Anya has a wonderful temperament and will be an excellent family dog. Because she is active, kids should be over 10 yrs old. She must have a 5ft or higher, securely fenced yard. She is not a vocal girl, although she will talk with you. She’s such a good girl! If you would like to meet this very special girl please email info@k9rr.org and include your phone number.May 2, 2024, 10:03 pm

Story
Meet gorgeous, super sweet and super lucky six-year-old GSD beauty, Honey. Lovely Honey had to have emergency uterine surgery after rescue as a result of a recent pregnancy. Honey came through surgery with flying colors and now just needs a calm, quiet home where she can recover for a few weeks. Honey is very affectionate, as sweet as can be and seems to be fine with other dogs. She weighs 50lbs, is super smart and loves people. Honey is quiet and calm and she will be an easy house guest. Ferry Dog Mother’s Rescue will supply you with all the foster needs: medications, food, vet bills etc. We are very anxious to get her out of the boarding facility and into your calm and loving home while she heals. Honey is spayed, micro-chipped and vaccinated. If you think you could be the special home where Honey can rest and recuperate, please email Fay at fkrokower@msn.com.
