Story
My parents adopted Sunny from the east bay shelter after falling in love with her at first sight. 3 days after adoption my father suffered a bad fall and broke his neck. (Accident did not involve sunny) Therefore they will not be able to give Sunny the exercise and attention she needs, nor would it be a safe environment for a dog or my parents. Since the accident we have been fostering Sunny, she has proven to be easy to train (not crate trained yet) but she understands where to potty, and she is really good with small kids. She is protective over her main handler, and loves to run and play. Such a rare find, and she deserves a great home, who is ready for activity!

Story
Canela is a delightful, friendly and lovable young female.  Canela's DNA shows she is Husky, Doberman, Chow, German Shepherd and Malamute. The best of breeds!  She does great with other dogs, loves attention and is quite the charmer. Canela does need a little training but she is very smart and will learn quickly.  She will do well with another dog to play with.  Her coloring is quite striking and adds to her good looks and charm!      January 5, 2025, 1:59 pm

Story
Prancer is an easy girl: - Potty trained - Crate trained - Easy to walk and not a puller (loose leash!) - Not an escape artist or digger - Can be trusted alone in a home without touching a thing! Seriously. Great on solo walks. Would be great in a calm environment. Loves treats and very affectionate. Great with other people; needs attention around other dogs. She loves her walks, rides and adventures, but, despite little bursts of energy, she’s not super high energy so a nice walk and/or play time in the yard and she’s good to go. Prancer would do best as an only dog and with someone who wants a companion to hang out with.      Click here to watch a video of Prancer the Dancer.      January 13, 2025, 11:32 am
