Story
Meet Winter – Handsome, Loyal, and Full of Heart Winter is a strikingly handsome husky mix who turns heads wherever he goes - but it’s his loyal, thoughtful nature that truly makes him special. Once he bonds with a trusted human, he’s all affection—seeking out pets, attention, and quiet companionship and is very protective. Winter is housebroken and well-mannered. He’s easy to leash and absolutely loves his walks, though he may pull a bit during the first mile (he’s just that excited!).   Winter would thrive in a calm, loving home with someone who understands his gentle soul and husky quirks.  Older, respectful kids only, because he's strong - and did we mention affectionate? He’s ready to be someone’s devoted adventure buddy and cuddle companion.      December 9, 2025, 8:57 am

Story
Meet Wendell - a gregarious and fun loving puppy of about 9 months. He is so good with other dogs and is completely vetted. He was diagnosed with a slight heart murmur which the vets say will not be an issue but should be monitored. At about 45 pounds we are guessing his breed is mixed with husky but whatever he is, he will be thrilled to meet you and share the love and companionship. Of course a little training for a puppy this young is going to help but he's so smart he will pick up your commands quickly. Contact Norsled, complete an application and get in line to meet this special pup. He makes friends wherever he goes!!      January 25, 2026, 1:57 pm

Story
Meet Frankie Avalon. Frankie is between 1-2 yrs old and weighs under 50 lbs. He might have a little Shepherd mixed in because he doesn’t have a wooly undercoat - which means less shedding. He also has beautiful bi-eyes. (One brown and one blue.) Frankie has manners and some training. He knows all of the basic commands and is potty trained. His leash manners are pretty good too. He loves to play! He gets along great with other dogs and is currently having a blast with his foster siblings. He would  do best in a home with another dog or as an only dog with an active family.        December 4, 2025, 1:36 pm
