He combines the free-spirited, playful zest of a Husky with the sturdy confidence, loyalty, and toy-loving focus of a Pit Bull. Add in his striking looks, and he is guaranteed to turn heads everywhere he goes! Quick Facts Age: 18–24 months Breed: Pit Bull / Husky mix (Pitsky) Weight: 70 lbs House Habits: Fully potty-trained, crate-trained, and leash-trained Social Circle: Friendly with men, women, and children; gets along with other dogs (cat compatibility unknown) Personality & Charm: Astro is an outgoing, social boy who loves being in the center of the action. In fact, his biggest dislike is missing out- he has serious FOMO and wants to be part of whatever his humans are doing! He is gentle, sweet, and thrilled to meet new people. He is both toy- and food-motivated, making training sessions fun and rewarding. He already knows his basic commands, though he does have a dash of classic Husky independence when he feels like negotiating. Fetch is easily one of his absolute favorite games, and he will happily chase tennis balls all afternoon. Play Style & Routine Astro is young and active, but his energy is manageable and balanced. While he loves his daily exercise and play sessions, he is not overwhelming in the house. When playing with other pups, Astro can play with typical Pit-bull enthusiasm and intensity. Because he can sometimes miss "all done" cues from his playmates and prefers to keep his meals to himself around other dogs, he does best with dog companions who match his playful energy or owners who can provide gentle guidance during playtime and separate feeding areas. Caesar is a sweet, calm, and playful pup who brings an easygoing presence to the home and plenty of fun when it’s time to play. He is friendly with adults, children, and other dogs, and he especially enjoys chasing, being chased, and playing fetch at the dog park. Tennis balls are a major motivator for him; if a ball is thrown, Caesar is ready to retrieve it. Meet Caesar Caesar is a cuddly companion who is quiet and well-mannered indoors. He enjoys being close to his people and may take a few minutes to settle when left alone, but he relaxes quickly once he knows everything is okay. He is particularly excited to start the day with a morning walk, often letting his people know he is ready to go outside with happy whining and enthusiasm. He is leash-trained and approximately 99% potty trained. He knows “sit” and is currently working on “come,” “stay,” and “off.” Caesar is gentle when accepting treats and is motivated by both food and toys, especially tennis balls. Everyday Life Caesar loves car rides and would happily ride shotgun if he could—he enjoys being close to his humans while traveling. He is tolerant of baths and has learned an adorable apartment-entry routine: after walks, he sits patiently to have his paws wiped, offers each paw on cue, and heads inside when told, “Go.” At home, Caesar’s playful personality comes out in the form of hallway zoomies. His foster family even bought artificial turf as a possible indoor potty option, but Caesar has made it clear that he prefers using it as his personal nap spot instead. Ideal Home Caesar would likely thrive with a loving family, couple, or individual looking for an affectionate, social dog. He enjoys children, gets along well with other dogs, and is friendly with people of all ages. He seems to have a particular fondness for men, while remaining warm and welcoming with everyone he meets. His favorite toy is a white duck squish toy, but a tennis ball, or nearly any ball at the park, will quickly win his heart. Caesar is ready to bring cuddles, calm companionship, and joyful play to his forever home.

He is very lovable and will be by your side looking for affection and will definitely make you smile every time he receives a pet, a hug, or a treat. Ivan is an all around great dog that gets along with all people, children, and other dogs. He walks well on the leash, does great in the car, and is ready for new adventures. He has been neutered, fully vaccinated, and microchipped. He is house-trained, but he does not like being in a crate. Ivan does have a sister named Ivanka who is posted separately. It would be ideal to keep them together, but we are open to having them get adopted separately. Either one of these beautiful dogs would be a great addition to any loving family.

This 1-year-old Husky mix has been attracting eyes ever since she joined our shelter. She`s an enthusiastic girl who`s always ready to join you on a hike or explore the closest beach.Aspen`s curiosity knows no bounds and, apparently, neither does her stomach. She has a history of dining on soft and plushie toys; something her GI tract strongly protests. This is a dangerous habit so any adopter must solemnly swear to only give her hard toys, lest you end up with a costly vet visit and sick dog.It`s key to keep Aspen engaged on walks. It helps with her desire to eat `snacks` and helps her grow! Once she`s out, she tends to be a confident lady, sniffing and practicing her cues galore.
