He was on the kill list at the shelter so we had to save this gorgeous boy. He does well in the car and is sweet and affectionate.     Khelani - If these blue eyes could talk…they might tell you of a lifetime so difficult it left him with just enough strength to finally curl up in a kind soul’s driveway.  Today these blue eyes are full of love and a desire to be part of a family.  Khelani, a name picked out as the kind person who found him described him as a majestic creature, is about 4+ years old and weighs about 61 lbs.  If you are looking for a pretty mellow fellow, Khelani is the right dog for you.  He is not much of a barker and walks like a gentleman on a leash.  He is gentle and friendly to humans and is interested in playing with non-alpha dogs.  He would prefer to be in a home where he is a part of the daily action and likes to be indoors with his humans.        December 9, 2025, 8:33 am
