Alma is everything you could hope for in a companion—friendly, gentle, fun, and full of love. She has a sweet, easygoing personality and truly enjoys being around people. Whether she's out for a walk, relaxing in the yard, or curled up beside her favorite friend, Alma is simply happiest sharing life with those she loves. That favorite friend is Viggo. These two beautiful Huskies have been together for years and have formed an incredible bond. They bring each other comfort, confidence, and companionship, and we'd love to see them continue their journey together in a forever home. If adopting two dogs sounds like a lot, Alma and Viggo will pleasantly surprise you. They are an incredibly easy, well-matched pair who already know each other's routines and keep each other company. They walk beautifully on leash, love going on adventures together, and are just as happy spending a quiet afternoon lounging side by side. Having two dogs has never been easier—or more rewarding. Alma's calm, loving nature perfectly complements Viggo's playful spirit. Together they are the complete package: affectionate, well-mannered, and ready to fill a home with love, laughter, and companionship. After spending so much time waiting, Alma and Viggo deserve the chance to experience the comfort and security of a family of their own. If you're looking for loyal companions who will bring joy to your life every day, this beautiful bonded pair may be exactly who you've been searching for. Story
Some dogs are simply meant to be together, and that's exactly the case with Viggo and Alma. These two have shared their lives for years, and their bond is truly something special. They find comfort, confidence, and joy in each other, and we'd love to see them stay together in the home they deserve. Don't let adopting two dogs intimidate you—Viggo and Alma are incredibly easy companions. They have wonderful manners, entertain each other, and are perfectly content spending their days together. Having this bonded pair is twice the love without twice the work! Viggo is a friendly, fun-loving boy with a personality that's impossible not to love. He's always happy to join in on an adventure, whether it's exploring the outdoors or simply relaxing with his favorite people. Unlike most Huskies, Viggo absolutely loves the water and never misses an opportunity to splash around! He has a playful spirit but is never overwhelming, making him an easy dog to live with. One of Viggo's greatest joys is spending time with Alma. They love to play, explore, and relax together, and watching their friendship is guaranteed to make you smile. Viggo also enjoys the company of other dogs, especially fellow Huskies, but his heart belongs to Alma. If you've ever considered adopting two dogs, this pair makes it easy. They already have each other, and all they're missing is a family to love them. After years together, they deserve a forever home where they can continue making memories side by side. Please call 707-459-4900 to schedule a meet-and-greet with these fun-loving, beautiful Huskies. They can't wait to meet you!

Gustav has arrived! What a fantastic Husky this 45 pound-boy is! Just a complete gem. He is good on leash, good with dogs (though may bark out of excitement and desire to meet when he is on leash) he plays a good game of fetch, is eager to please and to be loved! If you have an active household and are looking for a buddy to bring along on your adventures, Gustav is your guy. He is good in the car, eager to learn, and very playful. He will make a great canine companion for a home ready to give him the activity and adventure he craves! Gustav is quickly becoming a staff and volunteer favorite! Great dog!

Story
Meet Tobias - a loyal guy with great house manners! He's potty trained, sleeps through the night and is calm in the home, laying nearby and keeping a watchful eye. He also enjoys his walks and is pretty good on leash (unless he sees a squirrel - they're his kryptonite!). He rides great in the car, and LOVES sticking his head out of the window, so he's happy to join you on hiking trails or other adventures! Tobias is looking for a home with dog savvy adopters. He can be wary of sudden movements, so a home with older kids or an adult only home would be best. He'd do best in a structured home with ongoing training so he feels secure and knows he doesn't need to protect his home or his people. If you're looking for a loyal new companion who's sure to reward you 100 times over with his love and affection, look no further than Tobias. Apply today to set up a meet and greet!

Story
Paulo is a smart boy! He will pay attention to you and what your doing or asking of him to do. He has a fun personality and is very people and mostly quite dog friendly. Although friendly he does have some significant quirks. Paulo has major resource guarding issues and will bite if you try to take a toy or food from him. He does not like to be brushed ("you are stealing my fur!") He wants to be loved, but needs an experienced adult, who will respect his boundaries. It is best if Paulo remains an outdoor dog, happily living with others - because he will take things that belong to others, and you can NOT take them away! This is why Paulo lives at our Sanctuary - he is easily managed, knowing what his triggers are! But he is only suitable for an adult only, predictable home. If you are up for a rewarding, but slightly challenging relationship, Paulo may be your guy!

Story
Rufus is a mellow, easygoing guy who’s ready to settle into a home where he has room to stretch out and relax. He thrives in a larger space and needs a home with a yard where he can enjoy the outdoors at his own leisurely pace. Housetrained and well-mannered, Rufus makes a smooth transition into home life. This sweet boy is family-friendly and has a special way of leaning in for affection, quietly asking for love and connection. He does best with another young med/large dog in the home close in age and medium energy activity level that he can romp and wrestle with. He may be able to live with calm dog savvy cats as he has made friends with the neighborhood cat in his foster’s yard. Rufus is still skittish of many things, narrow spaces, loud noises, crowded places so living in a non urban environment may be a best match for him. If you’re looking for a calm, loyal companion who enjoys both space and snuggles, Rufus might be just the perfect addition to your home.

Story
Note: Special Needs Dog due to Behavior/Shyness. This dog is bonded and must be adopted with Pepe. Are you looking for a gorgeous dog? What about a very shy dog? If you answered yes to both of these questions, Chee Yoo could be the perfect dog for you. Chee Yoo is a beautiful, 5 yo medium/large female dog that came to Jelly's Place from South Korea in July 2021. Why has such a wonderful dog not been adopted yet? Read further to find out. Chee Yoo is very timid and nervous around people. She LOVES other dogs, and has become best friends with another Jelly's dog named Pepe. Pepe has a very similar personality to Chee Yoo and the two of them are like 2 peas in a pod. Chee Yoo can guard her food which is not surprising given where she came from. So, care needs to be taken with another dog when food, especially high value foods, are around. During her time at Jelly's Place, Chee Yoo has gone from hiding in the corner to taking daily walks on a leash. She is becoming more comfortable and confident, but still has a long way to go. She has learned to trust her primary caregiver, but is still not comfortable interacting with other people. Chee Yoo would do best in a calm, quiet home with dog experience and older or no children. Chee Yoo is NOT a dog for first time adopters. She needs adopters who are willing to be patient and to give her the time and space she needs to feel comfortable, confident and loved. Another dog in the home is essential. and we prefer to keep Chee Yoo with her buddy Pepe. If you are interested in adopting Chee Yoo, we recommend that you come and spend time with her on several occasions so that she becomes comfortable with you. Chee Yoo is UTD on vaccines, spayed and microchipped. Applications are being accepted and qualified applicants will be contacted.

Hi! I'm Alistair Mac, and I'm a large breed mystery mix! At 75 pounds, I'm a solid, energetic boy who's already neutered, rides great in the car and am ready for all your adventures! I am very food motivated and eager to please which means training me is a joy. I do need a home with a yard where I can burn off my youthful energy, and would love to go for long walks and hikes with a family as active as I am! No young kids because I might accidentally knock them down. I am waiting for my best friend(s) and hope you are too! 🐾 If interested in meeting me, please complete an application at www.jellysplace.org and submit a Dog Adoption application!
