Story
This beautiful boy has the personality to match! He is a total sweetheart! He has only lived outdoors and so he will need someone with the patience to teach him the ways of indoor living. He hasn't been around kids but we believe that he will be fine with older, dog savvy children (10+). He hasn't been socialized much with other dogs but did live with another female Husky. He may do best with larger female dogs. No cats. He is a great running partner and stays right by your side! He is an active pooch but not hyperactive. As with most Huskies, he is independent and a free spirit. He may alert bark at strangers but warms up quickly! Fully fenced in yard will be required. Adopters must live in Western Washington. Fosters must live in Kitsap County.

Story
I'm Canelo, a spirited 9-month-old male Husky mix who is as adorable as I am energetic! With my striking coat and charming personality, I am looking for a home that can keep up with my spunky nature. I'm a lively pup who thrives on exercise and would love a family committed to providing me with both physical activity and positive training experiences. My ideal home includes companions aged 16 or older who can engage with me in a way that matches my lively spirit. I'd do best in a home, rather than an apartment, due to my size and spunky nature. If you're ready for a furry friend that's not only cute but also ready for adventure, I just might be the addition your family is looking for!Canelo is looking for a home with:-Companions aged 16 or older-No apartments-No chickens-No cats Primary Color: Blonde Secondary Color: White Weight: 75.5 Age: 0yrs 11mths 1wks

Story
Hi there, I'm Lobo! Let's talk about treats, shall we? They're my absolute favorite thing in the world! And, well, it kinda shows in my body composition. I could stand to lose a bit of weight, but hey, nothing a little playtime and exercise can't fix, right? Now, when it comes to toys, I'm not really the biggest fan. I mean, why play with toys when you could be getting scratches and belly rubs from your favorite humans, am I right? But don't worry, I'm not totally clueless in the training department. I've got "sit" and "down" down pat, and I'm always eager to learn more if it means earning some tasty treats! So, what do you say? Are you ready to welcome a sweet, treat-loving pup like me into your home? I promise to be your loyal companion through thick and thin, always ready with a wagging tail and a big, slobbery kiss. Let's make some memories together! Primary Color: Black Secondary Color: White Weight: 57.3 Age: 5yrs 0mths 1wks

Story
Anna is about 7 years old and gifted as a puppy to a non-dog person being told she would be put down if he didn't take her. He and Anna came to us this last January. He loves her but stability is not something he can give her. As a husky she is an escape artist. I believe we now have a harness to walk her with that she can't escape but as it loosens with use, that quarter inch of give is enough for her to snake out of. She has an anxiety kennel (paid $1200) as she will escape anywhere she is without a human nearby to keep her in check. She climbs the chain link part of our fence which now restricts all our dogs access to outside. She gets along great with our min schnoodle and cat and is not food aggressive (the schnoodle is and Anna tolerates her). Anna needs a human who'd enjoy her company on hikes and walkabouts. She is the sweetest but when walking on a leash, she gets protectively aggressive (barking and growling) toward other animals and humans.

Free Puppy to a Good Home!! Very sweet 6 month old Malamute/Heeler/Lab mix needs a good home. Needs neutering, inoculations, and potty training etc. Good with other dogs, cats, and kids as long as they are not mean to him. :) We were fostering to adopt out to a loving home with people who will walk him daily and give him plenty of socialization. :)

Story
My husband and I were able to rescue him from an owner who kept him in a crate for 8.5 hours a day and when he was let out, could only pee or poop in the apartment. He was never walked and the owner did not have the money for his inoculations or getting him fixed. While we able to take him from a terrible owner situation, we cannot keep the dog ourselves, and are desperate to find him a good loving home with people who will get him plenty of socialization and excersise!
