Hello, thank you for considering Ollie as a dog to adopt. Ollie is three years old. And he has the fun energy of a puppy. He loves going on walks and runs. The more the better as far as he is concerned :) He also loves to play fetch with some rubber toys that we have around the house. Ollie is a smart dog who listens attentively. He knows a couple of basic commands. And he is great at letting us know when he needs to go out. We have a small kennel at the house, but in general he does not use it, even when we are out of the house. And at night he sleeps in his small bed on the floor in a small room with a door. The reason we are trying to rehome Ollie is some health issues being experienced by the owner. Feel free to reach out to set up a meeting with Ollie and I will also be happy to answer any questions.

NEW FOSTER NEEDED APRIL 14 Animal Profile: Sanji is an estimated 1-2 year old 40-50 lbs "Texas Brown Dog" -- likely a mix of several different breeds such as Aussie, Catahoula, Lab and Shepherd. He has a naturally cropped tail and a dappled coat. The shelter reports that Sanji is goofy, friendly, and loves to play with dogs. He seeks human attention and enjoys receiving attention, and has a signature -- run over and flop -- move for attention. Sanji can't wait to meet his forever family this new year! We will share more info as we get to know him in foster care. Foster Update: Sanji is a smart sweet boy with incredibly soft fur. He is an easy going guy personality wise, crate and house trained and good with dogs and people-- he is not fostered with kids but has been good with them at events , so 7 + kids considered. He would like a yard to run around in and and active family who can provide him good leadership and an outlet for his energy and drive -- both intellectual and physical. He adores playing with toys and can keep himself entertained. He is a gentle boy, who settles quickly in his crate, but could use a little work on his leash manners as he pulls a little bit -- he is making good strides with training. Breed experience a plus! Adoption Info: Adoption fee is $550 which includes spay/neuter, core vaccinations per AVMA standards, heartworm test if applicable, microchip with registration, and health certificate. ❗Health Status❗ * Neutered. * Heartworm negative. * Has some spinal stenosis so his gait is slightly unstable. However, his condition does not require surgery. * Has a growth, which is not malignant, so surgery is not required. However, observation is needed to see if it gets bigger. * Is fed with prescribed hepatic food for liver management. * Is fed with soft food additionally due to his bad tooth condition. Meet Haesol💕 After long roaming for an unknown period of time, Haesol entered a local temple in search of food and refuge. The monks took good care of him but there were cats in the temple already being cared for. The monks were unable to continue caring for him. Haesol was rescued thanks to the efforts of an Adogs volunteer who learned about the situation. * With People: Shows curiosity towards strangers! Accepts being petted but doesn't enjoy it by them. Relaxes with familiar people and wags his tail happily to greet those who have returned after going out. * With Dogs: Accepts doggy friends who come up to him rather than approaching first. Stays still without discomfort when they approach rather than playing or reacting with them. * Separation Anxiety: Doesn't have separation anxiety and usually sleeps even when he is with other dog friends. * Potty Training: Is good at both indoor potty and outdoor potty. Prefers doing outdoor potty. * Hygiene: Is terrified with baths, because he is not used to it. Doesn't like to be touched, especially on his feet or on his growths, so you have to be patient with him until he gets used to it. Dislikes the sound of the dryer, so the guardian dries him with a fan after baths. Dislikes having his paws touched, so struggles slightly with nail trimming. * Walks: Walks well without pulling on the leash. Sometimes goes where he wants to go, but if you give him a little tug on the leash, he will follow you. Wags his tail and is endlessly affectionate with people he knows! Accepts pets. * Interaction with Dogs: Plays energetically with friends and likes dogs that match his energy level. Wants to hop right in on the fun and runs around to play! * Interaction with Cats: Barks at and is wary of cats during walks. * Separation Anxiety: Does well completely alone for two hours! With his sibling, Jella, he plays and doesn’t notice the time passing by. * Potty Training: Uses potty pads well, infrequently making accidents. * Hygiene: Handles baths well. If you hold him, he waits patiently as he gets his nails trimmed. * Walking: Has great walking manners and doesn’t pull on the leash. * Car Sickness: Doesn’t like the car and is very scared, but doesn’t have any car sickness. Is undergoing training to get desensitized. 💌Other Information💌 * Sometimes pees when he gets too excited * Must be fed separately because he is greedy for food. He also tends to eat too quickly. * Sometimes nips due to guarding aggression. This is mostly because of treats. He growls or lightly nips if you touch him when he is eating a treat. * Whines in his kennel when it is time for food. * Barks when there’s noise outside the home. Also barks when there are big dogs outside the fence. Seems to bark due to fear or anxiety. * Has mastered ‘sit,’ ‘paw,’ ‘high five,’ and ‘V’!
