Please fill out an adoption application at haydudeequine.org 🐾✨ Meet Fergie — Your All-Access Adventure Pass ✨🐾 Fergie is a 2-year-old Mini Aussie, weighing 34 pounds, and she’s basically a ball of energy wrapped in a drop-dead gorgeous chocolate, tan, and white coat. Seriously — this girl turns heads everywhere she goes… and then zooms past them because she’s got places to be. 😄 She’s smart, athletic, and READY FOR ACTION, making her an amazing candidate for agility, obedience, hiking, running, or anything that lets her stretch those legs and use that brilliant Aussie brain. Fergie walks beautifully on and off leash, hops into the car like a pro, and is always up for the next adventure — whether that’s a weekend road trip or a quick trip to grab coffee. Fergie is: ✅ House trained ✅ Spayed & up-to-date on vaccines ✅ Great with dogs ✅ Good with kids ✅ Energetic, athletic, and eager to learn ✅ A total superstar with “good dog” energy Cats are currently unknown, but with her smarts and training ability, proper introductions could go a long way. This girl is not a couch potato — she’s looking for an active family who wants a dog to be part of everything but she does like that precious cuddle just like any other... when the day is done. Morning walks? She’s in. Weekend hikes? Absolutely. Road trips? Shotgun. Folding laundry? She’ll supervise. And let’s talk about that coat — rich chocolate brown with tan and white markings that make her look like she walked straight out of a dog magazine. Beauty and brains? Yes, for sure! ✨ If you’re looking for a loyal sidekick, adventure buddy, and all-around awesome dog, Fergie checks every box. Apply today at haydudeequine.org and get ready to fall in love with your new favorite adventure partner! 🐶💨💖

Story
WE ARE A TX-BASED RESCUE. THIS DOG IS CURRENTLY LOCATED IN TX AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED UPON ADOPTION. Please fill out an adoption application at haydudeequine.org Meet Rosa – the Sweetest Soul with the Coolest Eyes in Texas! Rosa is a 2-year-old, 42-lb Australian Shepherd/Kelpie mix with a uniquely colored coat that makes her as beautiful outside as she is inside! She’s gentle, easygoing, and about as drama-free as they come. If dogs had a “Most Likely to Be Everyone’s Favorite” award, Rosa would win it paws down. This lovely girl gets along beautifully with just about everyone—people, dogs, kids, new situations—you name it. She’s calm, confident, and refreshingly mellow for an Aussie mix. Think less “whirling devilish herding machine” and more “professional couch companion with occasional zoomies.” And let’s talk about those eyes! Rosa has one stunning blue eye and one soulful brown eye. According to urban legend, that means she can see things in heaven and on earth at the same time. Pretty cool superpower, right? Basically, she’s part dog, part magical guardian angel. Rosa also comes fully loaded with excellent house manners: • Crate trained ✔ • Housebroken with a dog door ✔ • Walks beautifully on leash ✔ • Polite, well-behaved house guest ✔ • Expert at giving soft, grateful looks ✔ She enjoys relaxed strolls, cozy naps, and being near her people. She’s the kind of dog who fits seamlessly into your life like she’s always been there. Now, cats are a hard no, sorry cat lovers, she’s not a fan (she believes they are tiny, suspicious aliens), so a feline-free home is a must. But with dogs and humans? She’s an absolute dream. If you’re looking for a loyal, loving, go-with-the-flow companion who will make every day brighter just by existing in it, Rosa is ready to be your girl. Apply today and let this two-toned-eyed sweetheart see straight into your heart 💙🤎🐾

Story
Animal Profile: Maui's ideal home will have a balanced dog that can show him the world isn't such a scary place. A big bonus would be if the dog is willing to play. He has no resource guarding tendencies, and respects when other dogs establish boundaries. He will thrive under strong leadership, with an active family committed to continuing his training. Previous experience with anxious dogs is preferred. Maui is a goofy young boy who is equal parts klutz and weighted blanket. He is still a little unsure about the world, and we are working on building up his confidence—he has come a long way. He takes his time warming up to strangers, but once he does he will melt onto the ground for belly rubs. He is eager to please, and highly motivated by both food and affection. He doesn't have a lot of body awareness, and will often bump into furniture or people. His exuberance might be a little much for young children, but dog-savvy kids would be ok. He has spent time with a 20 month old toddler, and showed no aggression despite being climbed on and grabbed. His crate is his safe space, and he enjoys retreating there when he's overwhelmed or tired. Maui will be up for as much activity as you would like to take him, and might get some zoomies if not walked sufficiently—two 30 min walks a day would be sufficient. He can be reactive to dogs on leash, but responds well to training so far. He also loves to play with toys—fetch and tug are his favourite games. He is not destructive, and has never had an accident in his time here. Adoption Info: Adoption fee is $575, which includes spay/neuter, current rabies/DAPPV/bordetella vaccinations, microchip, health certificate, and heartworm test. All adoption fees are donations to a Washington non-profit corporation and all donations go to benefit the animals in our rescue.  Apply online at www.DogGoneSeattle.org Animal History: February 4, 2026, 5:48 pm

Story
Animal Information: Bernie and Bianca were born on 11/19/2025 and came to a Bakersfield, California shelter with their mom, dad, and littermates. The whole family caught a freedom ride to Washington, where our rescue partner reached out for help placing some of the puppies. Mom and Dad are beautiful, purebred Australian Shepherds with wonderful temperaments and engaging personalities. Bernie and Bianca are already showing the intelligence and drive typical of their breed. These pups will thrive in active homes, ideally with adopters who have herding breed experience (or a strong interest in learning) and a commitment to training, mental stimulation, and enrichment. With the right guidance, they’ll make incredible companions. Foster Profile:  Bernie is a bright and busy Australian Shepherd puppy who is quick to respond when called. He is smart and a bit of an escape artist. Bernie loves to play ball and he'll chase again and again.  After a good play he's content to settle down and chill. His potty training is still a work in progress. With about 50% of his business happening outdoors, he's right on track for his age, and it shows he’s trying. With positive, consistent training, he’ll continue to improve.  Bernie would thrive in an active home that enjoys playtime, mental stimulation, and helping a clever puppy grow into an amazing companion. Adoption Info: Adoption fee is $575 which includes spay/neuter, core vaccinations Rabies and DPPV per AVMA standards, heartworm test if indicated, microchip with lifetime registration, and recent health check with a veterinarian. Adoption fee may be tax deductible as Dog Gone Seattle is a 501c3 organization (ID 81-5101166).  Apply Online: www.doggoneseattle.org/adoption-application Animal History: This dog was transferred from Forever Home Dog Rescue in Edmonds, WA. Arriving in foster care 01/28/26. He will be available for adoption in the greater Seattle area once evaluated in foster care.February 5, 2026, 9:31 pm

She is only 11 weeks old and 5.5 lbs but what she is missing in size she makes up for in grit, love and determination. Her favorite pass time is playing with my resident Cleo. She seems to understand it's good to potty outside but potty training is a work in progress. We have greatly reduced accidents with scheduled potty breaks. We are also working on kennel training. She does great at night with a cover over the crate sleeps through the night, but needs work on being in her crate during the day. It's getting better with patience. She loves snuggle time, and I make sure to give her an hour every night before crate time. She is oure love, pure energy and pure aussie. Smart and eager to learn. Definitely a keeper.
